I survived the 'DIE' ending, go me. ^_^
Interesting game, but as other people have said, it's no fun to lose all your windows to an intentionally laggy ending.
4/5

Really interesting and innovative concept, but not without mistakes. The controls are too sketchy and the "DIE" ending slows the whole browser down. 3/5 but with a lot of potential.

I had the same problem Blacksides did...I couldn't select choices as I played. That knocked it from 5 stars to 3 for me.
Also...the music could have been better, I think.

I agree with Blacksides and Lapintiira: while I find the concept extremely compelling and engaging, the controls were clunky enough to ruin the experience and even compromise the game's natural immersion. If this guy makes a sequel with a pausing mechanism like Blacksides describes, I will be nothing less than elated.
Until then, I'm not happy.

I like that a lot, fits very well with the concept of "Narrative as Gameplay". I'm not sure people should downrate this just because they don't get it (or because their browser can't cope).

Cool :D The one thing I didn't like was that on the one ending (the one with the word die at the end), the game slowed down my computer so much I had to shut off the game. I guess that was the point, but it was just too irritating in my opinion.

I really wanted to like this game and I enjoyed the writing/idea, but I could not get the controls to work at all. Every time a choice came up, I would aim at one path and unfailingly the game took me on a different one. Perhaps if at the forks, the game paused and you could choose by clicking it would work better, but whenever I saw a path I wanted to go down and could not, it was a bit frustrating.

Hmm... makes me curious. I'm not sure whether they actually make up a sentence or are just random phrases pasted together. What am I suppose to think about? I don't know but 4/5 for being interesting.

I really think you have to read and choose the path...very very interesting... wasn't to sure about it first I did it again and its totally interesting
