It's one of a peaceful race of gigantic creatures that roam the skies of Kaetherya where the winds of magic are particularly strong. Despite being mostly harmless they are a very unwelcome sight by the crews and captains of any airship as they often herald the coming of a nasty storm.

I had all of the indices greyed, but it said my puzzle wasn't complete. After I removed some "x" boxes, one of the rows returned to color, then I was able to complete the puzzle

I find it sort of difficult to differenciate Brown from Black in this game... could anything be done about it, or is it just my eyesight?

Can you add the option to completely remove numbers which are solved from the 'PLUS'? Or make the unsolved numbers stand out much better from solved ones and the colored squares. It is really hard to see, if what do you still need when you are at some hard puzzle with lots of ones and twos, some solved, some unsolved.
We can't remove them completely as that would interfere with some of the logic and make tiny mistakes that could otherwise be fixed into catastrophic failures. We'll see if we can fade them out more without impacting playability.

Can I save the puzzles that I create and play them later? I couldn't find that option but I sort of took it for granted when I created one.
Sorry, but the actual puzzles are only generated after the moderation process is finished. The algorithms that create the puzzles are very resource intensive.
We tweaked the puzzle creation algorithm since the first game. Now it makes sure that the "What if?" mode is never required to complete any puzzle. This has the added bonus of making most puzzles less frustrating to solve as you never really have to wonder if it needs you to go into "2º degree logic" or if you're just missing something more obvious than that.

is there a way to get out of the puzzel edit screen without posting the puzzel...(i had to submit some well...not that good stuff because it was the only way out i could find ^^)
Gret game by the way, and the payed content is okay in my eyes ^^
everyone needs his money

The colour schemes are killing this for me. I'm colourblind and having a lot of difficulty telling the difference between several of the colour choices within individual puzzles.

One of the levels was the level from the tutorial. And I feel like I've played some of these levels before in your other game or on your main site.
While the game cannot share accounts with our website it shares content. We have about 28k puzzles at the time of this comment but it's perfectly reasonable to find the same puzzle on both "sides".
We were however careful not to re-use any of the free puzzles of previous games in the free sets of this one.

First of all, this game is cool. Although I try to avoid games with paid content, I play it for 2 weeks now because I really, really like it. I also like how the developers answer to almost all comments, and try to improve their work. Good job! But now some requests... More colors please! Number of colors that we can use to draw a puzzle should be raised to 10, and there should be more available colors overall. I don't know if this is doable, but it would allow us to create more interesting and better puzzles. Vote up if you share my opinion.
We limit the number of available colours per puzzle because they quickly make them too easy to solve and a bit of a hassle as well (despite all the shortcuts for changing colours). Adding more colours to the palette itself is rather tricky. They need to be different enough not to cause confusion and there aren't many interesting tones available that wouldn't conflict with any of the existing colours. Having said that, we may revisit the palette later on.

In the Apprentice section of links, the portrait of a complete puzzle won't show unless you go into the puzzle again, i.e. click on it and then quit. Using Mozilla FireFox on OSX

very nice with all that cool features that are often missing on this kind of games! with nice graphics and relaxing music.

It looks like a nice game but I can't play it.
I managed to get through the tutorial but then it displays a loading icon and stays like this forever. It's the same thing for every category I try.
I have tried to clear the cache, wait a day and everything but it's still not working.

The new scaling on the hints at the bottom and right-hand side of the screen to tell you what the row and column you're working on require is such a wonderful improvement. Thanks for the update! (And also for replying to my comment; I assumed the devs would be too busy to do so.)
Thanks! We're going to tweak them to be a bit bigger by default as some people felt they were too small to read properly, but we'll keep the scaling working so that they will never get cut by the screen.

This is the most beautiful Picma game I've seen. Usually paid content kind of bothers me, but you guys deserve money for such good work.

After completing Beginner level, levels started displaying white squares after completion instead of the finished images. Switching difficulties would always fix the issue, though. Otherwise, great addition to the Picma series.

I completed all the featured ones for the first level and then made a puzzle and now it says they're all done, but they've gone back to being question marks??

Great presentation, I love the Picma series! It would be very nice if we could rate the pics we play, maybe see their ratings before p(l)aying ;)
We intend the "Featured" tab to contain the best of the best, but given all the other work we've been doing we haven't yet had the time to create enough sets for it.

Even though there is a lot of paid content I feel there also is a really large amount of unpaid content - especially where all the paid content can be accessed for free over time basically. I love the game and think it's a bit ridiculous how much people are complaining about the paid content... if this game was just the free content and with the same number of levels no one would be complaining since there are a lot of free levels... I really appreciate the fact that we can access the paid content without paying. One thing I don't like though is that the user created levels cost to play as well, I don't think those should. 5/5

I don't know why you thought it would be a good idea to make the hints at the right and bottom of the screen that indicate which colors a row or column needs a fixed size was a good idea. Even in cinematic mode it's impossible to see the entirety of the largest puzzles and now the only way to know what colors you need has been rendered useless at those sizes.

For the large puzzles (30x30 or more) I found that even with the zoom, the game simply became unpleasant to play due to the small area. Needs a full screen option badly.

I've been a fan of earlier Picma, but not this one. The interface is TERRIBLE. Should allow click and drag anywhere outside the diagram to pan instead of having to enter a "mode". Should allow arrow keys to quickly change colors. Should allow some combination of shift/ctrl/alt/option to quickly enter "X"s. Too cumbersome to play as it is. 2/5
We already have those shortcuts and many more. You can hold CTRL to pan, SHIFT (or simply right-click) to enter "X's" and change colours with Z/X. The full list is in the Instructions tab right beneath the game and in the Help section in-game.

I actually like Picma but had to rate it low because of all the paid content. I can understand wanting to make money off your game, but as Kongregate is a free gaming site, it seems like a cheap move to require us to pay for *most* of the content.
Picma is simply one of the many Kongregate games with paid content. Furthermore we don't even have any exclusive paid content as you can keep playing for free simply by voting on puzzles daily and by creating your own.

In one of the responses, that moonberrystudios replied to, they mentioned "daily free puzzles (1-4)", anyone know where to find these? (I quickly ran out of all the picma link free puzzles, and most of the other ones)

This is actually an amazing work with customization, art, smart clues... Well done team. And yes, it's worth some money.
