once you get 'rump roast' where the paratroopers pants blow up and the upgrade that fires in the cardinal directions all the levels become easy - so hang in there - also on hidden boss remember to hit those stars up top - i place my cursor above the boss even with the stars at the top to take them out

Opened up Big Boss on Day 199, got six stars on 218. I'm not sure if leaving AA unupgraded while maxing out everything except Jetpack Trucks was important...

i hate how the bosses are entirely luck based. especially the ones on the far right of the screen. having them in the middle seems a little more fare then me sitting here praying that enough damage travels right

Day 340 to get all stars and upgrades. I had 6 starred the hidden boss by 290. Diminishing returns just makes this more of a grind than it needs to be.

OMG! I FINALLY beat the Big Boss. 2/5 for the sheer frustration of having to do that level over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and, well, you get the picture.

I've defeated the Big Boss repeatedly, no badge. It seems absurd that I would have to get 6 stars for the badge when the level is so heavily luck based. Otherwise, wonderful game!

@fhhuber: do it on the third boss (stage 24). Lots of airplanes, which means lots of paratroopahs, which means highest combo if you kill them all. just make sure you have Rump Roast before you try it.

The thing with the paratroopah upgrade is to use it when you're on a air only level, they don't survive. Sell it when there's ground fighting, unless you can upgrade all the way to exploding pants.
I really like that the dumb things pay extra for pants that explode on impact. That's hilarious. Very funny game.

While overall I enjoyed the game, the bonus "night" missions were more luck and replay than any skill, and the final big boss was just a horrible night repeat of the day boss fight but with the handicap of not being able to see when a majority of the forces were close enough to the baconator to damage it, the 3 semi hidden stars and enemies behind the boss were insult to injury.

What map do you use to get the 94 combo achievement? (game, not Kongregate badge) I have all stars on all maps... and only 93 as best combo.

I gotta say the map UI is really impressive. Highlighting the lowest score, showing how many stars you have on a level by filling it with green, great stuff! Only thing is I wish the graphics quality setting was available outside of the end-map splash menu.

Help! On level 39 I have shot down all planes and all ground troops are dead and it says "Defeat". What am I missing? I'm addicted!! I need to move on!

a little confused now, i have finished the Big Boss stage 3 times now, killing the boss, and finishing with 3 stars. Why am i still getting the defeated screen?

Damn this is good game, but id like to see some kind of survival mode after campaign so you could unlock all the stuff and keep the game going.

i dont get how to beat the baconator. One click, no matter where i place it our how i time it, kills every unit on the screen and only deals about 1/3 damage to the boss.

Knocked down the Baconator 2 but still failed the level? I guess I missed some invisible pig so now I get to try another 75 times.

i have lost countless games simply because my own paratroopers were still alive. THAT should not be how it works. your paratroopers should not count against you for finishing a level.

great game, i wish farming gold for the last few upgrades was easier tho. it seems like we get less gold repeating levels, making it really hard to get my last upgrades done

To beat the last boss, I had to turn off smart missiles on the helicopter. Even then it took a few tries to get everything lined up just right so the majority hit the target.
