You can get a double and a home run. To get a double the ball must go in to far right or left field and go out of view, even if it roles. If you can still see it, its a single.

The only problem it have is that when you are batting no balls are thrown. There are balls clearly thrown outside but it still says its a strike. This makes it almost impossible to win in hard mode.

GREAT game! Used to play the original Pinch Hitter and Pinch Hitter 2. Only gripe: why is catching pretty easy in the practice sessions but next to impossible in game mode?

Fielding is ok but the screen moving is a distraction if it goes to high and if u even miss by 2 millimeters you lose!!!!!

This is not even close to real baseball. The pitching is crap, the catching is crap, and the hitting is slightly better than crap.

nice game, pitching gets to boring with time, and catching is very hard when it goes above the screen, but overall a good game

Game is great fun and addicting. Easy mode is VERY easy with some practice. I got 37 runs in my first at bat. Wish there was a way to steal bases. Still 5/5 and favorited.

everything about this game is messed up. There is no depth so you can never tell when to swing, or where to move the damn glove. seriously the spin meter is rigged for you to freaking lose, score on easy mode 171 to 0 I LOST

how about some kind of "season" or something where you can improve your teams's stats...winning 48-6 and the only thing you can hit is a single....gets old really fast.

1) Fielding is either buggy or requires a tremendous amount of practice. 2) I often get out on "base hits;" AI never does. 3) All of my "good hits" get caught out. AI hits a home run when the circles are barely touching...

3) Did you read the report, after a hit? Player1 one makes first. And the next line tells me, that Player1 makes home... Let's say, you took the wrong variable ;-) but shouldn't be to hard to change
4) The training mode difficulty should be the same like the match. But I'm honest, it's just luck, if I hit a ball in training, but make highscores in match - if I don't get flyout too often (also really frustrating, when I see, the ball hit the ground before the catch, but well...)

Woopieh! I love this game! BUT ... there are some bugs I found (and I'm sure there are more... =( )
1) Like skitsafrenic said, catching is HORRIBLE!!!
2) The pitching mode is kind a fail! Sometimes the circles don't overlap for miles, but the batter hits. Sometimes the circles touch and he doesn't hit. A bit of random is nice (maybe if the batter circle and the white square overlap, they hit), but how it's now combined with the description it's frustrating!!!

The challenges descriptions aren't quite correct.... #1 - you are only 1 run down. and for the strikeout one you state that you can't throw any strikes....i assume you mean balls and/or hits.

Won my first game 20-13 at normal level... I shut them out after the 4th inning... so that tells you how bad the first 4 were.

after a hard start and with some practice this game is very nice. i was able to win in normal mode 19 - 4, im so proud now :)

Bloody annoying how even on easy the AI hits one to the infield and runs a double but I hit it to the fence and get a single... Every danm time..

Fielding is crap. It moves the screen when it is a high hit ball and then sharply moves it again when it comes back down making it virtually impossible to catch. Along with the moving screen regular fielding is ridiculous on anything but a hit off of a fastball even when your glove is in the right spot you don't catch it. Needs some work.

Big expansion to the previous games in the series. Fielding is painful, tho. Love the Britishisms, I totally threw a "rubbish" pitch, and it went over the fence.
