i laughed at the part with the blacksmith. it said "a wiry old man" and the guy was huge. get a pause button, a reset button, and MAYBE in the distant future, a multi player option. but that would take a lot more changes in itself.

This is a good game to play once, I'm honestly not looking forward to another two trips through it to get the second hard badge.

5/5. Thanks for the great work! Please make more :) I liked the set path style. I enjoy the slight trial-and-error it requires. I didn't find that you had to do things one way only. Just the most strategic way against that particular enemy.
Small notes...Be nice to have a restart button for fights and the exit button on the tavern still makes a noise when all sound is off.

Many good ideas but the basic gameplay and enjoyability is zero.
When I don't have the one single magical sequence that works against an enemy, I'm annoyed.
When I *do* - it isn't satisfying, and I'm still annoyed.
I've been playing out of stubbornness and obsessiveness only, but there's no actual enjoyment in failing dozens of times in a row, and if there isn't even any enjoyment when I finally do succeed, then someone's very wrong with playability.
Any "this is the only way of doing it" game isn't much fun. Sorry.

the taunts in this game are terrible... but i like the game. How many bosses are there? I'm wanting to figure out about how long it would take me to get the hard badges

the game is nice, but the real-time aspect of it really kills it for me. having a decently high-end PC probably doesn't help either, as this thing runs at full speed and i don't have time to properly react to anything the opponent does.

The game is wonderful, although the looks are a bit dull. Great concept, as well. Classes are well-balanced, main problem, though, is that the bosses aren't. Rather than a solid difficulty increase from the start with maybe one or two fluctuating ones, they switch from challenging to simple fights. For instance, the Jester Prince and Medusa are both rather annoying, but most bosses seem to be pushovers, with enemies only one or two levels later in the game more challenging. All that aside, though, I still think this game deserves a 5/5.
