Okay, so my last comment was a little angry, but the dolls dropped NEED to last AT LEAST 2 SECONDS before they can be picked up again. As soon as one gets touched, all it takes is for that demon to die in the wrong place at the wrong time, and time and time again I have to start over. It doesn't make a difference if I'm under/on top of/inside the demons. It just ruins the game

An easy way to kill large numbers of monsters (I beat a portion of Sloth, and all of envy with this), is to make a "run the gauntlet". Set up piercing blocks in two walls, facing each other, both at the farthest ends of the build area. When the monsters pour over, almost all of them will be killed by flying arrows. + this so people can see it.

Piercing> non piercing, either with the gold blocks or eventually the cannon blocks, I feel as long as enemies come so quickly and have such high health its almost necessary. it would maybe be different if there where missile blocks that could pass through other block horizontally

Aside from me completely beating this game already (magma + sticky), I find it bothersome sometimes where I'll go for a dropped toy, but there's a column of enemies. I can't get down there ._.

Not as good as your others, but as I said, I love you and your games. Perfect man. Never change them. 5/5. I can't wait for the next one!

the only problem i have with the game is on the survival level. im ok with them turning my stuff into cheese, just not at the exact moment that i put them down.

Really fun game but I found out that it's really easy to get gold souls once you start abusing the piercing towers.... enjoyed doing it though 4/5

Personally I think you should get rid of the jump-after-attack thing I was going after a demon with 5 hp left but I couldn't get there because of the stupid jumping.

Nerdook, you're quickly becoming my favorite game maker on the site. I'm still not fond of Zombies Took My Daughter, but this game rules. It's a titch easy, but the varied enemy types and different towers makes for diverse gameplay. I love it.

I think it is really pointless for the bosses to turn blocks to cheese, because it is easy to replace due to large amount of souls and time stopping.

I wish it also has an endless mode !!25 waves survival mode can't beat my defence !!
Please like this so E can see it d>__<b !

Fun game! I've liked all your stuff so far. I understand the comments suggesting you change your art, but frankly I like it, and since I imagine it would slow down development to change it up, don't! I care way more about how it plays than what it looks like and this one is great. I use a pretty broad range of blacks, but some are still a bit underpowered to be of much use, like the poison blocks (I can't tell, but it doesn't seem like they stack). One final thing: have you considered developing for the iPad? Most of the games available for the iPad are really bad, yet cost money. I have also seem a bunch of flash games (Steamwings) being sold in the App store (since there's no flash for iPad). I would definitely pay a dollar or two for your games, and as I understand it there's a SDK to turn Flash games into iPod/iPad format. Thanks for a great game!

I beat survival pretty easily with an eye at the bottom of a stack, then 3 piercers facing inward, topped by a boost. Same thing on the other side, with 2 more eyes in the middle to keep invisible enemies visible. As long as you have that ability that makes your sword stronger with unused souls, you should be fine because you get stronger as the waves keep coming.

Yup, cleared survival with ease. No enemy ever touched a doll, and the only one that came close was an Envy (and only because I screwed up and had a hole in my stealth detection system). Every time a boss was about to step on a block, I sold it off to keep from losing money, then rebuilt it after the boss passed.

In the far right column, place a booster block, two piercing blocks, then two more booster blocks. Place three sticky blocks, one each in the first, third, and fifth columns from the left. Replace a sticky block with an eye block if there are invisible enemies. Hang on to any extra souls to power up your sword. This beats every level easily. Haven't tried survival yet, will be back soon with results.

Hi nerdook, good job as always, just a few suggestions.
Add tower upgrade in the shop for gold souls.
Add difficulty settings.
Add Character customization =P?
Add Weapons in shop that give certain bonuses.
Add a time line at the top to see how far through a level you are.
Add Upgradable height/width of building area.
Desperately awaiting a sequel for this one!

its a bad idea to put the reset button (R) right next to the number row. you might hit it on accident on wave 24 on survival like i did

Zombies took my daughter was better graphic and game play wise and story. This game is still good 3/5 but fun and addicting which is all people want for internet games for that 4/5 monster slayers was your best game looking forward to a squeal to that game. I'm a fan of yours make more games

How I survived survival:
1st column: Piercer-Piercer-Eye-Booster-Perfume
Last column: Piercer-Perfume-Eye-Canon-Booster
I sat at the top of the first column, replacing any cheese as needed. bosses generally kept bouncing away from from the last column.

This is probably one of my favorite Nerdook games so far. It kept me interested until the very end, and the interesting and sometimes challenging gameplay made me keep coming back for more.

in survival just use 4 full tiles of block the 1st is full charm the 4th is full charm and the 2nd and 3rd are 1 cahrm 1 cannon... till the last block keep it visible if liked it and it worked for you
