Best powerups imo are the swords, the side rockets and the lasers. A word of warning with the swords: when you use them, you will most likely take damage.

Wait!! Did Zombies take his daughter AGAIN?!?!? I love this game. We spent all afternoon playing and seeing what songs killed me the fastest. Other song formats would be nice but other than that I think it is perfect.

Being a listener of metal music, I was kinda worried about this before I started, my main worry being that if its paced to be "fast" to lighter rock/pop songs, then metal would be ridiculous. I was delighted to find it wasn't, and whilst being challenging was still manageable. A good game, and its nice to hear some of the music I like backing it :P only complaint is that some songs with a silent gap at the beginning (Dio - Holy Diver (1983)) finished before they started, because the game registered no sound. Otherwise an awesome game! 4/5
P.S. Dimmu Borgir - The Serpentine Offering makes an excellent level, and DON'T try Goatwhore - My Eyes Are The Spears Of Chaos on difficulty 10 :P

People should try all ten minutes of Meat Loaf's Bat Out of Hell, I counted about 25 sharks in that and netted 10 grand.

First I put there Jon Bonjovi's Livin on a prayer, but somehow it ended in 6 seconds without any enemies... I tried it like 7 times... Then I gave up with it. (Now I know that it was because of an almost silent intro). Then I loaded The Final Countdown... With no upgrades... And difficulty 7...
Pretty hard start XD

urn any MP3 on your hard drive into a horizontal shooter level! Use your gatling gun gyrocopter to dispose of the enemy robots. You also have homing missiles, sawblades and a shield bubble at your disposal.
Louder songs will make larger monsters, and faster songs will make them move faster. Load a slow, quiet song for an easier time, but you’ll upgrade slower.

Songs don't end if you end the level. I've still got a screwed up version of "enter the ninja" and I can't play "jive talkin'" :(

First zombies took my daugther, then demons, and now Robots took your daugther. If you continue this way, then we must take your daugther away from you.

I made the mistake of using a 6 minute song for my first time playing this game, and immediately realized my error. Pretty sure I have a 10 second song here somewhere...
