lol I used my violin sheet music for The Black Pearl and The Medallion Calls (Pirates Of The Caribbean) to make a song.5/5

If there is supposed to be a correlation between the layout of the bricks and the notes to use in the composition, it is extremely vague and unintuitive. This is a very pleasant game, but it needs more explanation on the front end. I found the tutorial to be underwhelming, and by the 5th stage it just didn't make sense.

this game is absolute trash :P me and 99% of the other people just hit random 5/5 though since it has the return of keyboard cat

Absolute genius, pure and simple. A spectacular achievement and a unique idea. Making levels shorter and maybe the earlier ones a little harder would help, but still an easy 5/5.

Man its a really really good concept the only problem i have with it is that quarter notes are the only notes you can use. I was hoping 4 16th and 8th notes to really give my music some flavor but with everything at one tempo i felt restricted. Its a really good idea and concept, but for people who play music i know they felt restricted by the lack of note variation. 3/5

I like this game. It's enjoyable like every other Nerdook's games. But nothing more than that. Comparing to the previous game (Orbital Onslaught, which felt more like a demo than a finished game) which was too short, this one seems too long. I mean, even those who hit the RANDOM button to create the music, will feel a bit bored at some time, specially on later levels when there are lots of lines to compose. And I guess that those who know music stuff will get even more bored. Not to mention redudant itens. Please, Nerdook (and other Kong fellows), don't get me wrong. I love the idea of this game, it's simply as original as it gets. It just feels a bit unbalanced.

Wow to be honest I have no idea what to do :D
Too bad I just got bored with instructions at the beginning. They even told me about different types of enemies, that was too much just for the beginning.
Now that I read tutorial again, I have to say I expected more :P But it's fun. I think bonus clothing is an overkill here. Players either know what to do and ace levels or don't and lose all the time later :P Tried both with random :D
Just some food for thought. It's a good idea for a game, but needs something more.

it really flustrates me that there is no real explanation how the whole composing thing works, and i really feel that spoils what would otherwise be a fantastic game

I got a glitch, I don't know what caused it but at one point, my weapon attacked super slow and did 300+ damage each hit. When I changed something then back it went back to normal. Was wearing priest vestments, thick glasses, kitchen knife, and magistrate wig. All my items didn't affect my weapon

Everytime i enter kongregate and theres a new nerdook's game, i stop everything i am doing and i start playing it. Loved that game :D

I think i found a bug if you play the other peoples music they can win the level you are on for you meaning you dont have to play and still win

lol this game is FUN, i cant play piano at all, without the cat help, i wont know what to put, so thx you cat, sad story too, i love the background music, it fit with the story

The cat is about 80% percent of the awesome in this game. 15% being the people making music that rocks and 5% from the actual game.

Ok game, but the composing part SUCKS. It just doesn't allow enough. I would really love it if it was possible to use eighth notes and change chords in the middle of measures.

It would be nice if there was an opportunity to save your song after the level ends, that way if you don't get a gold star, you don't automatically lose your whole song.
