not to be negative or anything, but there is a lot that could be changed in this game to make it better. like for instance, when you save all the heros you should be able to switch heros to make it more fun.

To "use" melee, just walk into the dudes you're trying to kill. Only Paladins, Barbarians, and Theives with Wristblades can use melee attacks- Rangers and Wizards do not ever get a ranged attack. At least they can still jump on dudes' heads, though.

ive gotten 2 impossible levels, one was where there was a wall 4 blocks high and the exit on the side of the wall i wasnt, alsoi just did a dungeon that took me 4 tries, almost won beacuse and arrow shooting block was right above the princess

It's kinda hard to defeat the first boss "Putrid Pig" while a paladin-you can't jump over the blocks to even get to him... I find this annoying.

Impressive. Everything about this game is well thought out and it only has a handful of possible flaws, most of which are inherent to it being a random game. A couple of balance issues, I think (I never used Paladin or Mage if I could help it), but that might've just been my playstyle.

I had no idea i had lives from the very beginning.. so i go at the last level recklessly and what do you know... game over.. Nice. Real nice.

I love this game the only problem is the character seems to get stuck and continue to walk after i let go of the button

Some feedback:
- You can go on collecting gold forever in any given level, using the thief you can skip all the exists and when the horizontal barrier appears (with the last exit) you can simply use space to teleport beneath it and keep on collecting.
- Some game mechanics should be changed, most of the special abilities really need a buff to be on par with the combos mentioned above, the most useful stat for me was mobility, and the lack of double jump for several classes made it quite boring to play them. Other minor tweaks should include fixing the thief escape move so he won't escape on to damaging surfaces (like lava), you use this move when in danger and low on life, the last thing you want is to be teleported onto a deadly square and start the level over..
Sorry for the long list, I wrote it only because I liked the game and won't to help make it better, overall a cool creative game :]

This game is so unbelivibly slow and glitchy, keys are sticky, and the reaction time for the character from my keyboard is so slow. P.S. its not my computer.

An enjoyable game that's not a tower defense game or some other horrid piece of garbage that got badges? WHERE AM I ON THE INTERNET?! Because I'm not on Kongregate.

for some reason wen i try and play the game the keys i press stay on that key no matter wat i press. Ex: i use the D key to move right. Then i use the A key to move left and i will still move Right. I already disabled my sticky keys and this still happens. Any1 know how to fix?

After playing this a bit longer I have to agree, having your death mostly determined by the luck of what you're wearing when you fall seems more like rolling the dice than playing a game. Great concept though, it just doesn't seem to come together with the vertical falling theme.

Loads of fun, but I ran into two glitches- or purposeful things that seem like glitches. Firstly, the random level generator thingy has created impssible levels before, secondly the paladin in his plate armor gets stuck ver easily, and can't complete some boss battles because of this.

Also another point i missed. Like soph93 says, if your really unlucky, you get screwed over easily. Also, this happened to me once but, i fell down all the way to the bottom where the princess was, and i fell in a place where i couldnt get to the princess due to an inability to jump past a block to rescue princess. Time ran out and automatic fail.

jump, falloff 2 screen, land on a spike, jump for save your feet, hit a random arrow, jump, fall off half screen, land near a meele , in the same square, you don't hit him, cause he wasn't exactly under you when you landed, but he kill you.
jump, fall off 1 screen, land on a treasure; the treasure make you automatic jump....you hit another random arrow. you die.

Not the greatest game. 1. No replay value 2. Too easy 3. Mask are unlocked randomly 4. The achievement masks only add cosmetic value 5. Bosses are rediculously easy when you have a mage or ranger. 6. Game is too short.

So is this like Kid Chameleon? In other words, am I really wearing the "mask" of the hero type I rescued? Wasn't sure if I should be trying to rescue them all or just pick out the hero type I wanted most. Good game either way so far.

One thing I noticed was the music in the menu screen doesn't always loop correctly. When the music stops and starts to loop back around, it cuts off.
Otherwise a very fun and addictive game. I would think about adding a way to spend the points you get in the levels.

Really, really fun and extremely addicting. My only complaint is one that is less your fault and more mine (in that I suck at most games.) Said complaint is the fact the game has lives where, when you run out of said lives, you have to start over, losing everything.
Either way, the game is really fun. Keep up the good work.

This is by far the best game I've played here on Kongregate yet. This would make an awesome iPhone app. Sure buy from me.

I seem to be having the problem where my character doesnt follow what my key movements are doing....anyone else gettin that problem?????

2 things, 1 rune of endurence doesn't work anymore, second thing, the invincible armor is too debilitating to jump such that against bosses or any block that he can't break, he gets stuck

Overall this is a pretty fun game and the artifacts keep things interesting. There do seem to be problems with the barbarians super attack ability where I go and kill things off screen and then auto die. Other than that quite a bit of fun.

Like the game. Couple of bugs , most notably that a plate paladin can't jump out of the bottom of the boss fights. Nice concept though :)
