Seeing as you get the Royal Crown mask upon completing the game, is it too macabre to assume that the much-beloved hero was just out for the throne?

Great game, I really love how the heroes actually look different when you equip them with other stuff. The only problem is, when 2 enemies are standing on the same spot and you jump on them with a hero that doesn't have a melee weapon, it hurts you one time. Not a big problem, but it can get annoying sometimes.

I like how you can go back and get more artifacts and hats after you go to the menu, it brings replay value and is perfectionist friendly.

I love the game but my only problem is with the randomly generated maps how it's possible to get stuck on top of a spiked enemy with high walls surrounding you.

to fix antiprincess-saving bug: make heroes able to rescue them from left and right and allow them to break a block from any side in princesses line, no matter what hero it is or what type of block it is

What the..! I was on a Temple Level and I got to the required gold level, So then there was a boss battle, And the princesess was there. But then, since all the non-Boss related sqaures explode, The princess was obliterated. I then fought Putrid Pig, and when that was done, All the gold Special sqaures starting dissapearing, and I jumped through, and fell to my death. Any explanation?

I personally liked the game much better before you made the goal mandatory. There's not as much challenge to it now, and "perfect" seems extremely hollow.

I think this game is great. It saddens me that there's nothing deeper after you've collected everything. Please develop this futher!

A neat little trick you can do with the thief is that when you reach the end just use escape and you might get under the area where you can't get past!

Very fun, with lots of things to unlock, an adventure mode...

Hey guys, you know the golden walls that limit you from going any further at the end of levels? You can use the theives' escape power to pass through them! Like this so everyone can see it!

I really like it but the problem is that sometimes if you don't have a hero and there is a 2 block wall you can't get to the princess if she is on the other side and it is a little annoying as you have to quit the level.But anyway awesome game!

Excellent game. Replay value is very high, because you have to adapt your tactics according to what upgrades you get. And when you're done collecting, survival mode is there. Quirks: survival with all runes active seems a bit easy to me.

This is the first time I've played one of Nerdook's games where I was actually forced to commit suicide many many times over because I got into a position that there was simply no possible way out of. In several places I wouldve had to jump back up beyond the top of the screen and kill myself because there is no way to continue down, or even on a boss where I had to kill myself because the character simply couldn't make the jump to get up above him and drop on him again

ok guys, i've sifted through the (huge number of!) comments, and some of the most vocal ones involve being stuck as an unwanted hero (most notably the platemail paladin). now you can press 'Q' to revert back to the normal guy instead of quitting the map straight away!
