Where's the edit comment when you need it… just noticed there are badges (/fail). Now I'll try playing more, though that hard badge might be impossible with a track pad but I'll still try!

Fun simple game. Very challenging when played on a trackpad. I lost interest somewhat quickly though mainly because since there's no in game achievements or badges there's nothing specific to aim for. XD I did still play it a few times to try and beat my high score.

why do the black ninjas always win ties? you are clearly the best ninja in the world, but you can win a tie with a ninja whos approach is just to run at you with a sword and not try to dodge anything

seems to me like there are two approaches to racking up a kill count - 1 avoid swords and kill bows, then pick off swords as you max the cap, 2 just click a bunch half aimlessly until you die, both work basically the same for me, surprisingly

Trick to getting the hard badge: There is a limit to how many enemies can be spawned at one time. Run around the arena in a large circle while letting the enemy spawn hit its max, but make sure to take out every archer guy you see. Once the spawn is at its max of all sword enemies, take out a few of them at a time (as tempting as it is to take out the whole bunch at once). As they respawn take out all archers immediately and repeat. If you're patient you should have 150 kills in no time. + this comment if helpful

I love these simple yet fun games that are great for wasting either small or large amounts of time. Controls are nice and responsive, and the retro aesthetic is great. One of those "easy to learn, difficult to master" kinda games as well. 5/5, well done. Gonna check out your other stuff now. :)

Hard badge tips: 1) Group the enemies deaths together to reduce "camouflage". I used the upper right corner for the first 50-60 deaths, then strafed the right side until ~110, then used the entire screen for the last bit. I recommend just standing in the corner and attacking outward, only occasionally leaving to take care of archers. 2) Kill archers first. run through a group of ninjas to kill the archer, then get back into rhythm. 3) Try to attack away from yellow-flashing baddies, when possible. Good luck. ^_^

interestingly enough, i accidently right clicked and the bodies no longer appeared after they got sliced, really helped in getting the badges

A tip for everybody going for the hard bad: keep running in circles (around the "middle square") and cutting from time to time the mob that forms right in the center...you should also look for archers, since they can hit you from a long distance..
THe objective here is not to hit a specific target, but the mob that forms while escaping from the attacks by constantly walking..
After some attempts, you should be able to earn the hard badge,.

The blood that squirts out when you kill someone makes it very hard to see enemies. Later in the game when there is constantly about 6 or 7 guys exploding, I wind up not seeing the ninja charging up to make *me* explode.

What I know, you are invincible every time you slash even if you slash at one another you always win. You are very vulnerable every time the slash ends for 1 second. The length of slash is random, which is really bad. there should be a fixed length.

I hate myself for not finding this game earlier. It creates a psychological plague over you that this game actually requires a strategic rhythm.

Come on now Kong...what's up with you not awarding freakin badges for half the games in the last 30 days or so? FIX THIS STUFF!

Please, PLEASE, remove the "stopping in front of an enemy without killing him" bug. Also, if you have time to spare, remove the stopping bug too.

It would be nice to see what your range is when you strike or that there's more of a way to control the forward distance. I've had so many games where I'd lose from stopping just in front of a guy that I decided to take out at the start of their attack.

I really want to see this made into a full game on Steam, if only so I can play it fullscreen to avoid the constant nuisance of clicking offscreen. Also, multiplayer. That is all.

maybe turn this into a full campaign game with an upgrade shop ,levels and bosses. Of course this'll take awhile if decided to do butt would probably be a very good game in the end.

Anyone care to enlighten me on how the thrust distance works? Sometimes I have random superthrusts, sometimes random gimpy thrusts, and I have no idea what causes it.
