It's very do-able even on the hard level. I prefer playing on the lower levels though because you can be more creative.

The way in which earned money is calibrated needs work. Most of the time you can barely keep your head above water with what you are given.

got to 48, Decided to sell everything for a super monkey with fulll upgrades.
Totally lost, not worth it.
4500 for laser vision
2500 for epic range
4000 for sujper monkey
10,500 for 10 balloons popped per second....
Worse then 6 cannons, 3 boomerangs, 2 tacs and 1 ice.
Super monkey is too expensive.
