It is technically impossible to past the last two levels of this game with out actually paying money. This website is letting the designers drift far from the original mission statement of Kongregrate!!

I will reiterate what many others already have said. Kreds do not ruin this game and I enjoyed this game with out the use of kreds.
What this game lacks in a challenge compensates for it being original, cute, and fun. The concept of a monkey popping balloons is magnificent. And I do not mind this game getting more complex, but I do not want this game to get the point where it loses its charm and simplicity.

Just an idea for BTD5. For upgrading towers there should be an alternative to it. My idea is pop count. Like say you have a super monkey and you want to upgrade it, say like for super range, it costs 850, but you could make the required pop count like 1,200 or something and then it upgrades itself. That would be an awesome feature in the next game. Make this comment stick around, or at least the idea.

What annoying is the fact that you have to first BUY kreds to see the description of what they do. We are suppose to aimlessly buy stuff, so that later on, we can see what we can do with them? Hmm....

A good strategy to use is to get a bunch of monkey apprentices and give them the tornado upgrade. Have one every so often, and almost no bloons can get past them.

Like other people said the pay system ( I believe it was actually with mochi games) ruined a great game. Really, it made it gay and less fun. I like to see someone hack this game so you can play with the upgrades for free
