My least favorite thing about this game is that it holds your hand so forcefully that you can't turn the music off until that steely grip lets go.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
so, if I inadvertently start the tutorial before i turn the music/sound off, i basically have to go through the entire thing without being able to access the settings again, correct? change that.

So here I am, innocently looking at my camp, when suddenly I click on a chicken and it explodes! I am now reluctant to click on a person.

i am accessing the game from two different PCs. I have a feeling that sometimes the save is not synced well i.e. I started a long research last night and today I am seeing it as not started. The game asks me if I want to load cloud or local but only occassionally.

game was working fine for a couple days, but now it gives me this screen with about a dozen lines of unreadable code. Im playing through kong.

Hey
Desmer69. Clearing your browser's cache can help though we're still working on possible causes for this. Get in touch with support if it doesn't go away :)

pay to win...
weak heros (less rarety/less equipment/skills/etc) need more level to be equal strong,
Acount-exp is energie based and energie is hero-level based so you get less loot/Acount-level
(and need more time to generate the energie) and pvp is Acount-level based so no wins for free player...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
another game that could have potential but due a moronic energy system-a complete miss; also as said, mixing kong members w/ 6+ month old diff platform, just pathetic

Small improvement for new player: When sending Hero to Heromission say how much time it will take. I just started playing and send my hero(the tank) now to second mission. It takes 2 hours. I watched 2 ads but now it says no more ads avalible atm. I wanted to continue with the kampagne but without my tank thats not working well. So i cant play right now

um... apparently the backup feature really is needed... none of my progress from the last time i logged on was saved.

Great game, 5/5. (Ok Rohan I've done as you asked, Now please don't break my legs. What are you doing with that hammer, STO-)

Also, for anyone worried about being in the same server as mobile players, I can assure you none of us will have a negative impact on your game play. Because of how matchmaking works you guys will all be battling one another as you level up and progress, and very likely the existing player base will be dwarfed by new players by the time they reach higher levels.
You guys will also benefit from exciting strategy guides and overall improvements to the game since mobile launch

Hey guys, just wanted to leave a few quick notes here
Firstly, as someone who has played many Idle/Strategy RPGs on both mobile and desktop, Tower Keepers is an amazing game in that regard. With both offline and online PvP options, a vast array of heroes, skills and equipment and regularly changing PvE content Tower Keepers offers more than any similar game!
Make sure you check out the Keepers Corner on YouTube for extra tips and advice on TK!

Suggestion: Have the skills associated with 1-4 on the keyboard (instead of JUST clicking). I tend to, on games like this tap the corresponding number to use my skills, so this sometimes throws me off.

2/2:
Moderate success with Tower attacks; Wizard's Tower and Catacombs... within very few completed tiers, I have encountered a monster group over level 25, and the very next at level 8. I appreciate the 'wear them down' aspect of Wizard's Tower, which ameliorates the indignation somewhat, but the sheer incomprehensible range of level diversity in apparently each and every aspect... why? Yes, monster 'grades' vary a little, but it is enough of a flaw to confirm that I can experience most of the game without wanting to pay for the privilege, and that smacks of profound design and business failure. I like the game, but when it actively slaps me for experimentation? Also: Kongregate ads are distinctly unreliable, but that is not developer-side.

Apologies, long-term feedback inbound:
1/2: A battle ACCESSIBLE FROM Lv 21+ contains monsters up to nine levels higher, and hence ensures defeat for people still TRYING the game before PAYING for any of it. Warning me 'oh nuts, Super Rare!' means less than 'squished by overpowered Greens in the first round, better keep grinding that first Extreme Chapter Boss due to the priority of level over most other things' when it comes to losing however many tens of minutes of stamina.
This game has been of the Burnt Hand learning variety: I get burnt once, never twice. PvP is inherently useless as a result, I have not once found a 'real time' opponent to play, and Wizard's Chosen results in nothing but wasted stamina, so they are redundant for me.

A bunch of us are stuck with the in game name "Player". Could you please look in to this? Maybe give us an option to change it ourselves?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So far, so good. Would like to see better background performance (when doing easy "find loot" where I don't need to use skills, I like to tab to an article or something. I come back later and still on first round. Yet same zone, I can watch it and be done with first round in 10 seconds)
Most browsers will de prioritise anything not being used so this might not be something we can change, or if we can might be more annoying having the game slow your browser down when not actively playing. Thank you for the feedback!
Hey knightsofalbion. I'm sorry to hear you're having that happen. Could you use the Game Bug link under the game to get in contact with support so we can run through some things to get it working for you?

hi good start but since first play cannot reload the game so many errors bugs etc please fix or put a dedicated kong server thank you

For an energy-based system, this is really rather generous. I have a weakness for team-building games, and while the shared character experience pool is a minor irritation, there is only one major one: the inability to see what I shall encounter, be it Wizard's Chosen PVP or Campaign. This would be less of an outright borderline anger-management meltdown if Campaign stamina was perhaps even partially refunded for a loss, but the present system sees my levelled-up squad of bumblingly-inept scrappers being wiped out by enemies multiple levels higher and ergo, tougher (oh hai, Chapter 2 Necro boss). So, potential fixes: a "Scout" ability, if an outright preview is impossible, or else a severely reassessed 'Level requirement'. I invariably dislike Recommended Battle Rating/squad strength, but it is so prevalent in games of this genre because it actually works.
Hey qura_uk. Thanks for the feedback. Before you spend your food to play the level there are "Enemy Types" at the bottom. Part of PvP/Wizard's Chosen is having an adaptable team so it's unlikely to be changed for that but it's something we could keep in mind for the future.

@ninjakiwi, Most K+ games make a new server for kongregate players. As people playing like to be "first" or push really hard. When you are starting 5 months behind another platform it's simply, why bother with this game, besides the eventual badges it will get.
I see, thank you. Our focus is on the wider player base so having everyone together works better for that. What's happening is also the same as if someone discovered the game after launch. We don't think they should not play just because other people have played first.
Thank you for the report. We've found a broken weapon (the Poleaxe) causing this. If you craft a new spear and equip it to this Hero (then refresh the game) it should stop it being like that.

Same problem as Bananamama, http://prntscr.com/fxt04q, tho i failed to take a screenshot before i lost around 6,9k-7k training points when i clicked training.

I request a refund of around 2-3k of training points that were lost - drained to zero after clicking a level up button with a price 12345. attaching screenshot https://snag.gy/cANbeg.jpg

Unity Error, and looking at chat it seems like many of people have same issue, i'm sure the devs will fix it soon enough though

Honestly believe this is one of the better games released on Kong in a really long time. Only downfall...I really wish this had its own server for Kong.
Hey lVleIkor. Thanks for the feedback. When deciding what to do with the player base we feel like keeping players together is preferable to separating them out just because they're on another platform. This way there are more players to find matches with. The leader boards and rewards will balance out very quickly so limiting Kong players for now wouldn't make much difference. There are also very active guilds already, so players joining those could get a leg up that they wouldn't get otherwise.
If you can expand on why you think players should "Avoid at all costs" we would appreciate that.
