What do ascensions do exactly? I see it put a similar number on top of my revenue, but I don't know what that means. Am I getting twice as much? Or is the number above just showing me what I'm making after the ascension and the number under it is showing my base revenue? Either way, it doesn't really seem worth it after you build up so many multipliers already to get to the point of ascending.
Ascending increases an exponent on your income, the top number is how much you would be getting normally but the ## / rev is your total income after the bonus.

Doesn't work in Firefox, and I had an issue with saving in Safari (though it only failed to save once and hasn't happened again since, so I'm not sure if it is a bug with the game or if something went weird at my end). The ability to mute/unmute by pressing M should be stated somewhere within the game (or just include a clickable mute button in the game). For the gameplay itself, it will never be a successful idle game if it doesn't run in the background or have offline progress - ideally it should do both, but at minimum it should do one or the other; this currently does neither. The first few revolutions are so slow that without the ability to switch to other tabs while waiting for some money to build, it is off-puttingly boring. Autosave would also be good, or at least a warning that manually saving is necessary.

If there isn't auto save (if there is, was not working as of 11:30pm EST on 29th), could you make the save button do a small confirm? I hit save several times before I closed the tab last night plus several times over the duration of it being open and today I find it never saved. (Chrome, updated it 2 days ago, cookies not dumped, because I play lots of idle games))
Yeah I will be working on an autosave feature soon, sorry about that! I'll make sure that the user knows somehow that the save was successful.
Sorry about the wait! There is now an autosaving feature, and the "Save" button says "Saved!" for a few seconds after clicking it.

When is ascension unlocked? I mean, I think I'm pretty far, and there's no sign of an ascension coming anytime soon. Help?
Right now you can ascend each time a circle's speed gets to 100%. In a upcoming update I will try to balance that out more. (It will take a very long time to ascend at the current rate.)

Ginkgo Garden - Song from the treetop is what I'm currently listening to and it fits pretty well... maybe find a no-vocals version of ode to joy for the rising and falling notes.
First of all, thank you for suggesting this great music for the game. The calming tune / space ambience seems to fit very well. Second of all, thank you for introducing me to this cool band and great new genre of music! Check back often, I do plan to add music after bug fixing and you may be surprised.

Honestly? Not shabby. Simple as it may seem, the optimal strategy seems to shift a bit as the game progresses. A little more polish, some side upgrades, and the addition of the color orange, and you might have something here.
Thanks for this great review! Gamers should understand that it is comments like these that help improve the game. (Obviously bug reporting is necessary as well.) Thanks again, I will continue to fix the game to run on all browsers and then add on some new features.

It started working now. When i clicked on the game from newest idle games it added random stuff on to the end of the url and a black screen was just showing up

I like the concept of the game, however an auto save feature and being able to run in the background would be great. 3/5

Ninja sure knows how to take it like a Dev. "Working on that issue." would be more appropriate for the response, though.
