There are a lot of good elements to the game, but the controls are weak, the puzzles often simply require a lot of waiting, and some of the gem locations are obtuse. Not bad, but by no means good,

Definitely a solid 5 but also too hard for my poor coordination skills. I can tell I'll keep coming back to this one.

Holy crap, Nitrome. Usually your games have some sort of massive flaw in them that makes everything else a sad waste of design, but this time I'm not even sure if this came from Nitrome.

SFX and Music were amazing. Plus the ending is kind of a cool twist. I guess you still escape, just the second time through, that's all. 15/10

Can you change it so she floats when you hold the up key? That way you can immediately float when you're at the peak of her jump. It would make a lot of jumps a little more bearable.

A really great and innovative game! My only complaints are that the gems are handled a little poorly. If you collect a gem and successfully get past it, it's a pain to have to recollect it if you die later in the level. It just makes the game super repetitive. Also, having the gem count start out at 0/128 is incredibly demoralizing and doesn't help you know how many gems are in each level. Also, a level select is really necessary for going back and picking up missed ones.

Never have I been more glad to have WASD *and* arrows available. Switching hands really helps keep finger cramps down.

A really amazing and beautiful-looking game. I'm sure that it would be an instant classic if there was an enhanced, larger version on the PS, Xbox, Wii stores (or whatever you call them). Rcommend that you make that, if you were to have sufficient funds.

5/5 even though I didn't complete it, its a fun and immersive game, I just don't have the patience to complete it. I can't find a single flaw about it honostly.

At first I thought Nitrome had run out of ideas and made a simple mirror world game. Then I saw the game expand on that concept - making vertical mirrors, and allowing the mirror bar to exist in the level rather than on the screen. Heck, sometimes the game removes the reflection bars entirely and makes the level based entirely on a new game mechanic or the player's skill. Plus, there's great atmosphere in the game, like Ratsock said in his comment.

@renatm ditto means to copy, which makes sense why the ben 10 ditto can make clones, this game has you controlling 2 characters and the pokemon ditto have the move transform, which makes it, you guessed it, transform into other pokemon

Very nice platformer with such an amazing atmosphere. If you need help here you find the walkthrough: http://nitrome.wikia.com/wiki/Ditto

The only complaint I have is that I'd really like a level select option so I can go back and collect missed gems. There were a couple of times where I accidentally completed the level before getting them all.

the only problem I have is the seeming inconsistency as to when your doppelganger/mirror image/shadow/whateveryouwannacallit exists when you're not directly across from one of the appropriate walls. in one stage it's seemingly clear that continue to exist and effect you despite not having an appropriate wall *the one where you need to land the shadow on "top" of one of the mirror walls to reach the gem*, but in others, one of them phases right through a solid floor, and another, despite the fact that in just the moment before if you'd jumped your shadow would touch water, killing you, the platform immediately after, not covered via mirror or whatever, while jumping would still cause your shadow to hit water, it doesn't kill you.. *shrugs!*

I LOATHE the gliding. this is not to say it isn't a perfectly reasonable gameplay aspect that is designed in an entirely sensible manner. It is those things. I just hate when it's necessary because I'm basically like "OHGODGONNADIE.". Kudos.
