I don't think I'm going to vote for this on steam. Nothing against you or the game it's just that I don't like small games on steam there should only be big games like black ops and such not these small flash games BUT LOVE THE GAME!!

i've known nitrome from the start. i found about it when it only had 1 game; hot air. i've played most of the nitrome games but for the last year or 2 the games heavn't been as good as the first games. or mabie it's just me but this is one, if not the best nitrome game in a long time!

Just so everyone knows, there are a few secret rooms that dont show up on the map with gems in them. You have to hit certain squares in certain rooms with your ladder to open them up. I got 50/50 solo. And on the map, the lighter colored rooms are rooms that have a gem in them that is not yet collected.

I hate you. I loved the game, then what happens? all 50 gems, get to the end, Vote for us on steam!! If i vote for you, will you give this game an ending? doubtful...

Only had a problem for 2 gems. Room above #25: Place a ladder on the first moving floor. Stand on the left switch to drop it. Stand on the right switch to get the gem. Room 2 Lefts down #25: Use the ladder to get the top box on your head, then travel left with it. If you need to, ladder down on the left platform and ladder up to push the box on the button.

I like the metroidvania style this game has. The one thing that bugged me about nitrome games was the very bland way the levels were presented, with the levels all numbered and lined up in a grid.

if you pause you can see the whole mini map. although it would help if the map showed number of gems. got 49 but not able to locate the last one.

I assume that this is REQUIRED 2 player? That should be in the description. It's pretty insane control scheme for one player too, there should be a single player screen where you just control both characters.

I got all but one of the gems which i needed to drop in player 2 to hold down a button for me while my ladder held the other

Is there some way you can implement controls, ( for better split screen playability) and online? (for when you don't have a friend over?)

I loved the demo, half an hour of solid fun, frustration and braining yourself against countless spikes and magic slimes only to find you have to bounce off their heads. I hope you make the snail at the end a boss, would be interesting if you had to use a ladder to flip him as he jumped over you...then another to jump on his exposed underbelly. 5/5

After thinking for a bit I realized that for some of the tricky one crystal levels you need to use your ladder to collect them... Very nice game!

It's possible to get all 50 with one player, you just have to be a bit creative. For the two that you are having trouble with. One of them you have to hop on the slimes to reach the end, and the other you have to build a ladder and let it fall down. It was actually rather easy. . .

I got 48 with one player but the last two are impossible to get alone. The one where there a two bats and you have to push a box through 3 falling blocks and the hidden one where you put a ladder on top of the 25 block required section and climb the ladder all the way up. 5/5. When does the full game come out?
