I like action-puzzle hybrids, and the graphics are cute and very professional, but the details of the platforming mechanic were very frustrating. I constantly missed jumps because I wasn't exactly on the edge, or pressed jump too late, or hit my head on a platform above. I also got hit a few times when I couldn't dodge after shooting. These could be overlooked in easier levels, but as the game progressed, my control over the character wasn't up to the challenge of the game. A more agile, responsive blob would have made this really fun.

It pains me to say, but it seems like the precision jumps are the hardest part of the game... making sure you're on exactly the right pixel to make a jump should NOT be the hardest part of any game.

holy crap, you have to align every jump perfectly or you're screwed? So annoying.... 7:30 on an easy level too. Nitromes games are great but maybe a small movement speed increase because this is just ridiculous :( 3/5

@Cariba93381020, while nitrome has made quite a few badge worthy games, they don't have kong api. They have their own site, their games here are basicly promoting that.

i found a bug. First you activate a save point, then you kill yourself and when the are going to respawn you pause the game and restart. The timer go to 0 and you start the chapter on the last savepoint.

the sad thing is that i've been playing this game so much, today when i wanted to get something from across the room, i immediately looked for a portal leading there =/

Controls feel very sluggish, and the jumping feels very sticky, and in a platformer sort-of game, that really ruins things. It all feels sticky and more frustrating than it should be. Trash, simply because of how horrid the controls feel.

This was really awesome! Normally I get way too frustrated to actually wanting to beat games like these, but this was really really great (as always, when the game is coming from Nitrome) :)

Rofl if u walk thru 2 teleporters rlly fast for about 6 times u end up on the other side meaning here are the 2 teleporters { }. You are here { . } and if u walk thru the teleporters really fast, you should end up like this .{ }
