This game is without a doubt one of the best flash games ever. Wonderful strategy, graphics, and gameplay. Sadly, Ruffle does not currently support ActionScript 3.0 for it to work. Here's to hoping someone can please, please update Ruffle to support ActionScript 3.0 for games like this.

For those curious about how to play this with SuperNova SWF Enabler plug-in, use this address provided below by copying the entirety of it and pasting it onto the address bar at the top of your browser to ensure that it bypasses the ‘GameShell’ issue that have plagued many earlier games of Kongregate: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0006/1112/live/shootem.swf?kongregate_game_version=1259320993 Make sure that your latest installation of SuperNova works correctly, as it will not function if it cannot load games that can work fine without this bypassing of the SWF files here (Used Google Chrome dev tools to get the link).

I hate how when you use Ragnarok, the game's frame rate dips to single digits, your guns stop shooting (even if they're automatic guns and you are holding down the fire button) and you physically can't reload unless your guns is out of ammo and it does the automatic reload because the game isn't built to have 90 enemies on screen. Wonder if the devs even playtested the thing.

@valjean76 things seem to have improved somewhat. Now it goes to the main game screen but nothing can be clicked still. I guess the emulator is still early in development, maybe in future. It breaks my heart to see it.

Kongregate was great. These old games used to be so great. I loved the chat room on the side, the interactions were almost always fun and pleasant. Very little toxicity. It is what the internet always should have been. I regret that it is all dust now. Facebook was not worth it to destroy all this old stuff.
Very few games seem to be functional with Ruffle. It is a shame.
All I get here is the armor games logo animating over and over and then the menu screen with unclickable links.

to anyone struggling with the small window size, search 'magnifier' on your computer (its a pre installed app on your pc) and put the elona window in a top corner of your screen

What I did to keep playing was download a copy of the SWF for elona shooter (not the Kong version and version 120, so some functionality not there), then got an old version of flash from the links on this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/FlashPlayerForever/comments/kp69ix/how_to_use_flash_player_after_january_12_2021/
After installing that player and the Pale Moon browser, I can play the standalone SWF but the version on Kong just freezes while loading. Anyway, I'd rather keep the file locally on my PC because I suspect Kongregate and other sites will kill all the flash games if someone doesn't quickly come up with an effective emulator.

After 10 years I am back to get this impossible badge. Just remembered what sucked in this game, the RNG! So random that victories are more defined by chance than skill or strategy.

With a noble lvl 97 (+ sniper, hunter and rogue) and most importantly, the five mods crossbow.
Overall, bow mastery is a great crowd control skill and I wasn´t able to get past lvl 30 with any other class than hunter/noble.

Money is everything. Many upgrades carry a higher "upkeep" cost than your income.
At the end of the first day, buy Museum 1, House 1,your first helper, and repairman if you have enough money.
Every day, buy one chicken.Every 10 day period, buy: 1 Museum, then 1 Villa, then 1 repairman, then 1 Wall, then Smith, Storage.
If your henchman gets love (militia!), buy sisters to 15 after this.
Sandbags. They're only useful in round 2.
You need 2 NPC grav gun users (Militia, Ranger, Noble). And at least one of them needs to be in slot 3, for battlefield balance.
2 grav gunusers: Defend No, Boss No, dont atack air
4th character: can be literally anything, i recommend Hunter with Engineer + Combat Shotgun. Defend Yes, Boss Yes, dont attack armored.
There is no RNG in this game. Every possible wave is a different type of dps check.Always carry 1-2 extra Oh Shit Grails.
Chickens are the most dangerous eneme because theyr'e hard to hit and ruin your perfect games.
