Kinda funny how you always say "Oh, good" even when its bad news. Now i can understand the argument that when its bad news the "Oh, good" is sarcasm but I think an "Oh, Crap" would for the bad news would make a wee bit more sense.

use ragnarok right before the days ends, if theyre about to kill you and the round didn't end yet, use the item that makes you immune to damage for 10 or so seconds, if you survive, you get an award (however it doesn't show up in the list and i have no idea what it does)

Word to the wise...
One of your recruits should be a Ranger, give him a gravity gun and upgrade only Da Bomb, Reloading, and Big Gun. He will own in later levels.
Also, do not even attempt hardcore mode if you haven't unlocked all non-hardcore medals.

Ragnarok is not difficult to defeat. Giving powerful weapons to your allies is recommended. I defeated Ragnarok without any explosives or protection items.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
(to RitzBeastly) Yes, I found it radically more difficult to do Ragnarok with just one Grail instead of two. x_x Doable, though. You kinda have to be lucky with all the rare items to show up just right.

Wow, I made it to Day 51 playing the Militia class. o_o Never would've thought, but that seems to be my best class, even though the Rogue is more fun to play. (The Assault Rifle is probably my favorite weapon in the game, and the Rocket Launcher's a close second :3 EVERYTHING is better with explosions.)

When you decide to use ragnarok I suggest trying to have two grails of jure or trying to use it right before the end of that day

PROTIP: Use as many discount coins on a firearm that you expect to keep for the rest of the game, like the gravity gun, because you can then upgrade once AT A LOWER PRICE TOO. I don't know what this does to recycling and modding but...

In the late game (level 50+) there are only two major sources for experience points. One source is the killing of bosses, so if possible have dinner before boss day. The other source are the parachuting rats. So try to avoid killing pterosaurs, which drop the parachutists!

The game is a lot more challenging than other defense shooters similar to this. I'm really digging the RPG elements. It adds a lot of replay value to the game.

One thing that could be done in a sequel: instead o f just 'reforging' your weapon, why not a cheaper version that only upgrades one thing, like just damage or rate of fire, etc.?

@IcyRulez party skills do NOT stack. Some skills' effects give the same bonus and that stacks, but in the case of party skills only the person with the highest rank in a certain skill in your party counts.

When you go to the page with the repairmen just if you look to the right of the page( this is also on the medals page) a 2,click on that and you can buy a villa(extremely important) museum(very good if you have lots of medals),sp trainer(no purpose) chickens ( favorite thing to buy) and sisters which are decent especially if you have love.

So I really want a sequel to this game but i found a couple problems i do not appreciate. When someone is attacking in mid attack if i hit them they don't get hurt at all. The other is sometimes my bullets go right through the enemies instead of hurting them and ends up getting me killed 8( but it doesn't have a plot line. Instead of just "oh no chickens are attacking!" Maybe some jobs and rewards. Otherwise great game

@Scootter45 Them ballistas upgrade to tanks later on...;)
@iamthemasta You should save all ragnaroks you get for later on as they are a great source of exp. But really, all you need is a gun that can take out large mobs quickly (like auto shotgun or rocket launchers + hmg)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Start-up hint: Chickens. Btw, Ragnarok Sword is really only survivable if you have a henchmen and invincibility (Don't remember what it's called).

There should be a skill called Itchy Trigger Finger (or something to that effect) that makes you fire faster on a non auto-fire gun.

The first time I have the option of buying a gravity gun is... when I'm a noble lvl6, with big gun 1. SO FRUSTRATING!!! Love the game, though.

Do you need to Rob 20 times in one play through in order to get the medal for robbing people, or does it stack between play throughs? Thanks

Got the impossible badge. At end of day 100, hero was a sniper (78) using bowgun mk-6 (leech-3, damage-2, firerate-3).
Other characters were the rogue (61), using a laser pistol mk-4 (leech-3) for active, threat and negotiator. The sheriff (63) was third in, using a auto-shotgun mk-3 (impact-3) with leadership (important), quickeyed and defender. Finally there was the ranger (85), using a gravity gun mk-4 (leech-3).
Keys were getting sense-10 on the hero quickly, leadership-10 on the sheriff, weapon selection and leech-3 mods where needed. I love you gravity gun.

Look at the elona site ((http://elona.wikia.com/wiki/Elona_Wiki)) for your answer, also any class that can get it doesn't have a better liklihood than any other classs with it.
