This game is amazing. I love it so much. I probably spent 6 months total playing this game, purely out of obsession. I was trying to reach day 20,000...got up to 2000ish...time to start over!

maaaaasive tip: on bullet-by-bullet reload weapons reload after every shot if possible: the reload and recoil times overlap somewhat making the gun's output comparable to a clip loader.

This game would make so much more sense if the things in town were by-order (build time with different words) rather than by random: for instance you put in a weapon order at the blacksmith one day and get it the next but you actually get what you ordered, not spend 20 days wondering if something useable will ever show up. there is to much of a random margin compared to to little of a win margin.

I recently played the elona rpg and honestly i thought it sucked and was buggy. Elona shooter is superior and a medium between the two would be amazing.

@gibsonmaster26: No, I'm not. Go check the wiki, or, if you're too lazy, http://elona.wikia.com/wiki/Elona_Wiki under "elona discontinued... sort of". There is someone working on Elona, the original, but I seriously doubt he'll make another Elona Shooter.

Noa/noanoa has stopped updates of Elona, the game meant to be pushed by this game. CHANCES ARE, there will be no elona shooter 2.

Ragnarok is easy to beat if you use big guns. chainguns and explosives work nicely. it also helps to use a holy grail R I G H T before they start firing.

@JBolo, If you have a repairer, your castle HP gets repaired some with every wave (4-6 times per day). If you or your party has a LEECH MOD'ed weapon, that weapon steals HP randomly from mobs (use that mod with fast-firing weapons for max effect). gl hf.

Tip: Upgrading the smith will generate a RANDOM new stack. Use the menu(Bottom right) and quit the game whenever you do this to find the weapon you need. (You should have some cash with you)
