This game is completely stupid. No matter what you do, everything is random. It doesn't matter how high attack or defense a card has, it's just luck, and half the time the luck is in favor of the CPU. You could have a 10 attack creature attack a 0 defense creature with 1 health and the enemy creature would most likely live. Or, a 2 attack creature could attack your 10 defense creature and the attack would most likely go through. or your 10 attack creature could attack a 3 defense creature and the attack will most likely backfire and kill your creature instead. Its so stupid that it shouldn't even be a game mechanic.

I liked the idea and the developement of the game (thought it's a bit easy).
Only one things: 50 cards deck it's HUGE, make it possible to lower the cards composing your hand...

Waaaaaay too random. My barbarian got killed bi the first two attacks of a warmaster with strenght 5 against the barbarian defense of 6. meanwhile, my scorpion of defense 2 wounded and poisoned the barbarian, the warmaster and a wolf!

If the attack and defense are randomly generated what's the point of having a power and toughness on the creatures in the first place? *This is not a game it's a joke!*

The first time I played this, I was also turned off by the randomness. However, once I tried it again and gave it a slightly longer trial, I ended up changing my mind completely and really saw the strengths of the random factor. So, I'd encourage others to give it a second chance before getting frustrated. It's just too bad there are only 10 levels.

The randomness is a bit disconcerting @ times, but once you get usta it, it has a D&D feel. Where you have to rool for hits. i was kinda sad to see the game cap @ lv 10.. with no health increase for your char( or am i the only 1?) but all and all its good to pass a few hrs... ALSO for the ppl having trouble the ATK/DEF stats arent health atk of card but the highest # that can be rolled for your card when atking OR defending. ^.^

This game is unreal, nothing like powerful attack monsters getting beaten by low defense monsters. It never fails. The random generator is garbage.

very bad random generator... its so bad that u will miss 70% of the time with the advantage..and the computer will miss 30% regardless of advantage

The only randomness which has a place in games like this is what you draw from your deck. The other randomness just makes this frustrating and not worth playing.

Too random - this could be a good game, but the combat is just plain annoying. I can't shake the feeling that the PC gets the better rolls, and with the way the combat is handled, this means lot of frustration - poison for any game.

what the hell do you mean i have too much gold? wtf am i supposed to do about that?! can't i give it to charity or something??? seriously dont tell me i gotta sell my cards and buy more expensive cards cuz that sucks ass!

I don't normally comment on games, but seriously... I draw 2 goblins and a remove poison card, whilst the enemy draws a gold dragon, a reborn card, and a card that steals my goblin? On top of that, I finally get a gold dragon out and its beaten by a goblin, where the goblin defended 5 times in a row... thats 1 damage each time and I rolled 0s... I understand the chance behind it, but its a horrible mechanic for a card game.

Without attack/defense randomness this game is 1/5. The randomness is the only thing making this game playable! Enchantments & sorceries are absolutely rudimentary and there is very little combo play ... with fixed-value attack/defense this game would be a moronic grind. Understanding the probabilities behind the d(0-n) die rolls and being able to ride with it even after losing six battles in a row is the point of the game. Either that, or you're just fishing for your uber-card (eg Mind Control). Non-random ccg games are already very well represented by Elements et al.

the most usefull card in this game is assassin, he kills almost everything and if you boost him with sword/flamesword, its almost gg

Make the attack defense numbers less random & it'll be alot more fun.
I have 7 vs it's 2, I lose, most of the time......

Wow, this game is frustrating. You can go two turns attacking with 5 cards and still not make any successful attacks. Not only that, the further you get into the game, the harder it is to make sense of the random numbers.
I don't mind losing, but the game feels lopsided. Its not fun, simple fact.

Simply put, the computer is way overpowered in comparision to the player. Plus the instructions didn't really help all that much.
Also, the "music" is hurting my ears...
2/5

this is not random. random of 8 vs 4 and the 4 comes out and kills the 8 not random
7 out of 10 times the computer wins rolls when I have the bigger number get your formula straight. just because you want it super hard for you don't be a jack @ss to the people that want to play it

I agree randoms suck. Nothing like your stronger card getting its ass kicked by a weaker card over and over again. Has potential, but needs a lot of work.
