Realized that the hallway was heavily guarded but the ventilation system was completely vulnerable, which small aliens would've crawled from here, completely avoided the vulcan turrets and straight escape to Earth.

THE original tower defense game, oddly the graphics flicker and glitch and the music isn't right either on my new gaming computer when they were crisp and clean on my old pos back in the day... sucks, but oh well.

has anybody beaten lvl 6 without juggling? Been occasionally playing FOR NEAR 10 F*CKING YEARS and cannot beat the 72th wave.

any turret defense game that requires you to juggle automatic 1 star. this means level design, monster health and turret damage can be at almost any range. poorly designed. considered hard but with proper, long and boring juggling any level can be beat.

@futbolluva You don't need to juggle if u have anti-air at both entrances and LOTS of plasmas in the centre of your maze.

my one, lone annoyance with this game.
When you want to quit a level, if there are aaliens on top of the 'yes' and 'no' options, you are incapable of clicking either. Forcing you to refresh the entire page just to restart a mission...

I was on Mission 4. Aliens got through a while after I started, and I was reduced to 3 lives. But by then I had upgraded several turrets. Had literally the longest possible maze of turrets for those little ****ard aliens to go through. But some managed to get out. I had no choice. I desperately placed turrets. Vulcan Snipers managed to get two of them, and the panic-turrets paid off. But two managed to get through. I madly upgraded some very well placed Sonic turrets and a Freeze turret. I got to the last wave. It was two boss aliens, but moving pretty damn fast. But I was so confident of the win that I didn't pay attention while the aliens got through more than half of the maze and one of them had half health while the other had three-fourths. I saw it too late. I put all the rest of the money I had - I had so much to spare - into upgrading the turrets at the end of the maze. But they could kill only one of them. The other one got through. Took my 20th life. Mission Failed.

Does anyone notice a striking resemblance with this game to Desktop TD? I don't know which one came out first, but they seem very similar.

Major faults in this game design: 1. SAM turrets that CAN'T hit ground enemies. 2. In an ALIEN franchise you have helicopter flying units. 3. The Gatling Gun turret has low ROF while the Plasma gun turret has a pretty high one. 4. I swear I've seen creature spirits somewhere else. 5. It's an Alien game, but without ANY of the alien mechanics. Nice!

Haven't played this game in years. Finally starting to play it once again. Im surprised that I still remember the name of this game after all those years.

People say they beat level 6 if done correctly and have seen a guy on youtube do so but vid was sped up to a point to where I feel he may have had some cheats. I've done this on a hacked version and even then it is easy to let 20 creeps go by. I can get close to Wave 90 in normal with no hack but o matter what you better not lose one guy before then as to the flying waves at I think 92 and 98 or so are so hard even on the hacked version they were hard as hell.

Scrolling through the Tower Defense section, I noticed this game. I haven't played it since back in '07 when I first joined Kong. But it is still one of my favorites.
