History lesson time! Tesla(according to himself) actually DID have plans for a Death Ray... as an early idea of MAD. The Tesla Death Coil, according to himself, requires large amounts of energy which simply can't be transported on the field. The idea was to use the Death Ray as a city's defense system, and due to it's high power nature - as a way to keep enemy armies at bay(who wants to attack a city defended with a death ray?). The idea is, that if all of the cities in the world had them, nobody could logically attack anybody, and wars would all end. Unfortunately, none of them ever got built, and nobody found the design.

It would be nice if you start off with full charge rate at the beginning of each level too.... just so you dont start the level off with having to recharge it to do anything

had no problems finishing the whole game with the upgrades provided, true that recharge rate might be appreciated but not needed, maybe recharging electricity to full after everyday might be a better idea? Apart from that great game just that chain lightning should bounce from air units to ground units and vice versa, spent a whole lot of money on chain lightning early game only to realize it's not as useful as i thought it'd be :D

yawn, game has decent premise, but seriously lacks in upgrades. As others have pointed out before, this game needs a recharge upgrade, but I would settle for it being fully charged at the beginning of the next wave. upgrading to the 7 chain is kinda pointless since you never get that many units grouped close enough together unless you let them walk right up on you. Instead of upgrading the mini coils power, how about we upgrade our main weapon systems power??? Finished upgrading by lvl 15 and then just got into a slugfest for the remaining 5 lvls. Also, the giant walkers need a much larger hit box, you know, because they are so frakking big. Game play might be a bit more exciting if the enemy came from all directions as opposed to the same side. 3/5

Good game. Needs a little something something. Not 100% sure yet. 1 thing, rename the Energy Upgrade to Recharge. So people know to buy that and stop complaining about that. Err, mini coil could be smarter (stop attacking things it will never kill, like bombers), and or, have some sort of different effect. Make the mini coil damage like a machine gun (lots of small shocks, and make it only attack what it can kill quickest, TD behavior = kill lowest HP) Maybe there could be a bit more strategy in the game, maybe the stun effect could be longer. There should be more upgrade levels so people feel like there's more to do. Break up the multihit into +1 enemy, but at smaller costs. Give a SHOP button at the top right that Unbuys the last upgrades and restarts the stage so we can retry a bit. I LIKE that the coil doesn't recharge every day. Adds some thought.

Rapid clicking is more powerful and better for energy storage than holding down the mouse button. If you can click rapidly enough, they even stay still in the same was as they do normally.

you should buy an upgrade for recharge.. also you should ad and energy refill button, lik the health. Mayby damage upgrade for you're own tower and not only for the mini.

Needs achievements, more upgrades (Increased damage, energy recharge etc.), more difficult settings, more levels and more enemies.

NSBrotherhood, THINK BIGGER. lol. Damage upgrades, maybe different mini towers that shot a variety of things like a radius of effect EMP like attack, More enemies at once (if other upgrades are added), and more upgrades to the ones already there.
One thing that isn't as important but would be nice....CHANGE THE CURSOR. I got tired of looking at my little white arrow, it was distracting and boring. 4/5 though. Good game.

Needs a save button, the menu screen should not restart the game, and more upgrades. (just for fun) add a short fantasy history of Nikola Tesla and a fantasy version of why he built the Death Ray. That would make this game soooo much better. Cheers on the idea though!

this game needs: longer gameplay , harder levels, more upgrades, and badges press + if you agree. maybe if we reach 200 or something kong puts badges and the creator makes all as said above. pause is ``p`` and unpause too

Should be able to upgrade charge rate. More levels, ability to purchase additional mini-coils, more upgrades would make this a better game. Still, not too bad.

Energy upgrade which increases total megawatt capacity also increases your tesla coil's recharge rate, press escape to pause, and don't click menu unless you want all of your saved data to be erased! + to let people know!!

Maybe there should be a mechanic where if you zap a plane, it'll stall. There more electricity, the longer the stall. They fall to the ground and kill some of the tanks and troops. That would be awesome.

Needs to be longer and have more upgrades. One for recharge rate would be lovely. Also needs a pause button, but other than that, great game :D Almost forgot, some Red Alert music would be amazing.

As others have said, it would be nice if we could improve the recharge rate, and it would also be nice if the power bar were automatically refilled between levels. The hitboxes on many enemies are also a bit weird, many of the tanks need to be hit in a specific area in order to take full damage. Does the minicoil draw its power from our power bar, too? It's never explained and I ask because there were many times when the minicoil would refuse to shoot at an enemy. Would be nice if the chain damage were also applied to the minicoil. Is there even a pause button?

It has a death machine, couple of upgrades, various land and air based enemies to spice things up, a screen that shakes when people die, an Arnold Schwarzenegger death scream, a game time of about 30 minutes, and it doesn't need anything else. Perfect for wasting some time, and having fun at it, and that's what it's all about. 5/5

If there were more waves, we might need a recharge rate upgrade, HOWEVER ever noticed that the tanks have a weak spot on that plus-sign window (except the largest one, which is outside the radius where you can hit it) Also the UFO's, I failed wave 20 first time with all maxed upgrades and full health bought, then noticed those and wiped it out easily. Also, remember to click individually on enemies, don't drag along the ground to the next one, it wastes energy. Always shoot for the head.

It's a good (short) game, and I have to say the feel of the zapping is awesome. Don't take this personally though (this criticism applies to HUNDREDS of games on here), but if you're going to have upgrades, you need to have MORE upgrades than anyone can possibly afford in a normal game, so that players have to make meaningful choices. If you have enough meaningful upgrades, you'll get more replays too as people want to try out a different build.

as the level of watts increases, the recharge rate automatically increases. if the recharge rate remained the same, recharge would be incredibly slow.

Would be so much better if you started each new day with a full charge. By the later levels I would start the stage with no charge left and would severely gimp me
