needs a money sink. im at the point where i could buy full teams of pretty much every creature, but what i really need is gem levels. how about a slot machine where you can potentially win money, gem exp, or the little creatures you can sometimes get from chests.

The ability to buy creatures already fully evolved for a bunch of money, maybe not until a few areas are finished or some other restriction, would be nice since money becomes so abundant and evolving them all the way up is tedious. Also a cash sink by using gold to buy gems/xp as drokekuma suggested would be great. 4/5

Got it first try (although lvl 25 on the nose) with 3 Shadowkillers with attack gems +30/15/15 , Juliet-S with ela +25 gem, and Devourer with health gems +500/350/350. May have been luck. Not trying again to find out.

I don't like how you can have the perfect team (as per suggestions here), fully upgraded, with the right gems and still lose. I spent too long tinkering with loadouts until I learned that the answer was often to just replay a level four or five times until luck ran my way.

Yeah - yinton1640 is right about the hard badge. 3 Shadowkillers, a devourer up front, and Juliet bringing up the rear, all gemmed up. Damage for shadowkillers, health and speed for the devourer (to get him out in front soaking up damage as often as poss) and damage for Juliet.
Thing is - Juliet randomly cycles between three different kinds of attacks. One heals everyone, one is a meaty ranged attack, and the third she just walks out and melees. If she does the third one, you will lose, she will die, and pretty fast at that. It really is just a case of repeating it until she decides not to be a mook - and if she doesn't, it's fine. Got to level 35 doing exactly this, no problem.

I don't mind a grind-fest. But when it takes longer to assemble a new team than it does to discover that team fails... the game fails.

Question about annoying gem interface -- why do you have to select each slot separately, instead of just dropping or removing from all available slots on the same screen? It seems needless, and on a slightly slow computer, very frustrating. Esp to redistribute gems amongst many creatures. It's an epic click fest.

I got the Hard badge with: 1 EntropyAlien (+40 Speed), 2 Chakras ( Att 30/15/15 and 15/15/10), and 2 Spartans ( Speed 25/25 for both). I got to 25 on the nose.

The point is to heal to outlast your opponent while being able to dish out a decent amount of damage to them. DO NOT bother going to the Hunting Land as it's a waste of time; you get better rewards fighting through the levels. You should get a Juliet-S after defeating her.

There's no reason why my team of maximised creatures shouldn't be able to defeat the first level of the emperor's tomb (and beyond). This is the same problem as the first game, where you're expected to have a "certain" team that perfectly match what you have in mind for defeating the game, but that's really unfair towards players who upgrade all of their creatures.

there should be a way for pvp to end in a draw. my juliet just sat there shooting at his juliet while it just healed through all the damage.

For Moon Castle. You will need 1 of each and position them in the following order: SoulSeeker, EntropyAlien, Chakra, ScarFace, and Corpse King. Equip 1 best Attack Gem and 2 best Health Gem to Chakra as this is your primary frontline attacker. Equip remaining Attack Gems on SoulSeeker while the remaining Health Gems to ScarFace followed by Corpse King. Make sure all of them are max upgraded before starting the battle.

To get Juliet-S at the start of a new game use 4 pinochios, and 1 corpse.
Evolve the corpse into deatheater then entropyalien first and as fast as you can, after that evolve the front two pinochios to strikers, then the other two to chronos, then evolve the chronos to chakras, and the strikers to ultimas. Max all out on levels and that should last you until the final areas. gem chakras with 2 attacks and a speed, and you ultimas with speed and health. When your in the last area build a devourer and corpse king and use those guys on Juliet along with 2 chakras and a entropy. If you get stuck do the random island to upgrade your guys more. With gems first focus attack/speed trees, then later health attack and speed subtrees. Beat Juliet it 88 days with this.

Lvl 32 on endless swirl with Juliet-S (+500 HP) + 3 ShadowKiller (+30 +15 +15 ATK) + Devourer (ATK SPD HP). Tested 4 times and the position of Juliet-S on the very first spot was weirdly important.

p.s. if we had smth like armor to defend against enemy creatures.. instead of speed that none use.. or if speed would make your range creatures attack faster.. dunno.

Lvl 31 on endless with Juliet-A (ela +25), 3 Shadow killers (attack +30 +15 +15) and a Devourer (hp 500+350+350). Got the badge after around 10 tries. First try - lvl 24, then it was mostly 15-20-ish. I guess it depends on how lucky you are with the power of waves.

For 25 endless weve use this:
position 5,4,3: 3 shadowkiller with best attack gems (+30, +15,+15)
position 2: Juliet-S with best hp gem (+500hp)
position 1: devourer with +350hp +40speed +10attack
i reach level 26 without max gem level using for the shadow killer (+30,+15,+10) for Juliet (+350hp) for the devourer (+200hp,+15 speed,+10attack). Click plus if you find it helpful

I just had a +30 +15 attack spartan pushed into the corner by himself and he survived 8 or 9 waves because there were like 15 melee enemies attacking him. Forget 300, that was 1!

Endless seems somewhat poorly designed. I understand having waves spawn if the previous waves aren't killed fast enough to keep people from going fully defensive, although that isn't really relevant in this game due to how weak healing is relative to damage. The only issue that I find, is that, in addition to this, the moment you kill the last enemy, a new wave spawns, meaning you need a largely offensive team to prevent waves of 10-20 enemies, but you get punished for using a composition of this form. I don't pretend to be the best at this game by any means, but the fact of the matter is that a team that easily beats the final level of story gets to around stage 5-10 of endless. Since there's no upgrading beyond like the third part of story mode, there's nothing to grind for except chests, which I understand making more challenging to get, but the game format should be changed to be more forgiving of different groups.

Just hit a nasty glitch. Just evolved to Earthshaker and my days went straight into x99999 and all areas unlocked, but when you try to enter one of the areas, the game freezes the battle screen plain white except for the gear. I can't even look at my team.

I too have fallen into the "way to much freaking money" problem. It is a very short but good game. It is sadly lacking in the variety needed to make pvp or endless very interesting. Maybe throw in 2 more evolvable creatures, or a 3rd path on all the current creatures, and another type or two of gem (range or attack speed perhaps).
