I kinda prefer the indicators on the screen instead of a static map (there already is a map you can open by using the M button). But we could add an option to open a static map.

Make mother ship damage worth twice the amount of points. Also add destructible hull section around the mother ship with 2 layers. So you have to destroy these 2 section before you can attack the vulnerable center of the mothership.

Hey! We've discussed this with the players on our FB page, check it out. At the first stage, we decided to add Squad Battle rooms. If that doesn't cause any shortage on the available rooms in the list, we will also add password protected rooms.

You should add these numeric values somewhere on the menu, thought. It's really more interessant to have real values to rely on, instead of bars giving you only an approximative idea ^^

I find the dogfighting very limited. There is no tricks you can do really that can save you from a stronger player. Maybe a dogfighting system where the gun shots are much smaller. Also make counter rocket systems where you can use afterburners or an ant-missile interception system. This way you can dodge out of harms way and get an edge on your opponents. Also make it so that when you stop, your space ship will float for a much longer time, like strafing and such.
But there are tricks, and it really doesn't matter how strong/high rank a player is. I often get the basic equipment and do PvP just to be sure everything is balanced. Here, check out this guide on PvP: http://pfs.cagy.org/?a=riio-guide

Add different armor/shield types you can install on your ship, so it won't explode as fast.(Shields can either lessen the damage or 100% absorb it)
But the game is built to be this way? You must not get hit. Its about evading stuff, not taking damage unlike those mmo games built for casual gamers that has been around lately.
Also more shield = less kp for you. Other players will be harder to kill too in the end :)

Would be interesting to get a notion of how much health we have, how hard each weapons deals etc.. Also, I may be wrong since I only played 2-3 hours yesterday, but I feel like later upgrades will take forever to reach after the first ones. And only some missiles have a special effect (magnetic, acid, emp), would be nice to see even more effects, more choice on weapons.. But I know it's still on dev, just suggesting ;)

Experience: sync errors, waiting for battles, absence of a local training mode or campaign to at least keep yourself busy or attain some kind of perks.
What i expected was a fast paced game to waste some time - what i got was wasting lots of time waiting. It looks nice, what i have seen, but it does not offer enough to make me return any time soon.
It may just be bad luck on my part but thats it with first impressions.

I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience. Most of our players don't experience that kind of problems. We're about to launch a new batch of servers around the areas where our players lag the most.
You can reach the sound options by clicking on the gear icon at the top right of the screen during a match. But you're right, we'll add a mute button somewhere on the main menu too. :)

Overall a fun game. Could be improved by getting rid of being launched out of mother ship. This combined with inertia and asteroids is just a bad idea.

I think it's a bit unfair that you can't change what side you're on, even if it means resetting everything you have to go to the other side, it should be an option. I didn't realize I was picking a side, I thought I was advancing the dialogue, so I can't play on the robots side with my room. Please add, if you can, a clean slate wipe so you can switch sides if you want to.

this game needs some way to change sides, we have people in our room playing who want to swap to omnitron but picked human to start with, they cant be in our squad or fight along side us now,
Well sides as permanent. This has never been a problem before, since you normally can create as many account as you want, which is not possible on kongregate. Send me a p.m. including your character name, I'll change your side while we come up with a solution for the kong version of the game.

Second post: Sorry, but unplayable.Its a rocketspam and the one who has the better suttf wins. I will put it a 3.5 because it can get great once the unbalance issues are fixed
