Everyone should rate 1 PLUS spam bug reports until the pre-battle boosts are removed, can't ever save up for shop, already lost all my cans TWICE

Eventually you hit a wall because the game runs on an energy system and the game will then only allow you to do a few things every few hours or require dumping a lot of money into the game to keep playing kind of like a slot machine that never pays out.
In short, if you're not a pay to play whale, you're not going to be doing much in the game after awhile.

I recommend to also get the medium badge. That one's pretty easy too. Just use some premium currency to craft some items and leave the game. The next badges take too long and are too boring.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
All this game is, is clicking on zombies and hope they die while you get attacked by all the remaining zombies who are standing next to you. Fun.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Tandu Thanks, right now i have +120 accuracy and 100% hit chance. I am at office part of campaign so i guess later levels may require more acc.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@salened: No. Tougher zombies are harder to hit. If your to hit chance is under 100% you should upgrade accuracy or risk misses and getting eaten.

Minus: It's a bit repetetive and slow, and: you have to aim at the target's feet/field, not the target itself.
Plus: Not an idle game
Improvement idea: maybe have a longer campaign, going through several surroundings without re-entering fresh all the time; and get resources from the playing field, not by randomizer afterwards

Don't be deterred by the comments deriding the game's slowness. The gameplay is indeed slow, but you can actually get the easy and medium badges in about half an hour. Though may God have mercy on our souls if Kong ever decides to make the hard badge the BoTD.

don't waste you're time... another pay to play game... targets your patience.... could have been a great game but nope.... inflation hittin here too i guess

Tunnels 15 :
run to the top left, to the leftmost corner next to the building, end turn without shooting/killing the weak zombies
the boss should be within your range, shoot him, the weaker zombies should now surround you, and prevent the boss from reaching you
now just tank the weaker zombies surrounding you while you kill the boss

I am close to giving up as the list of upgrade costs piles ever higher and the hourglass system means my twelve rare this plus six rare that plus... must all be sought by manual repetition. That's not a game it's a chore and it's boring as heck, especially given the low drop chance of rarer items. If we could blitz three star levels without the hourglasses the game would still be slow but would retain a lot more interest. Until that change is made, I suspect a lot of players will leave who would otherwise stay.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@yiupang9999 You need to level up your strength stat which gives you more HP and increases movement range. If you invest enough points in strength, your move range changes from 2 to 3.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@luigi, i am already doing this, but as time goes by(higher score), even though the 0 dmg zombie spawned at the beginning will start doing dmg to me. So high stats is the only key in this game, walking distance is just rubbish, my shooting range is +4, anything further than that , cant attack anyway. And the obstacles with the shield is useless , it doesnt block bullets in pvp, and dodgy position is absolutely useless too, it doesn't increase your defense even if u r in that"defensive pose", it is just an useless animation that waste time by going up and down
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game desperately needs a market so that I can sell this worthless pile of explosive mixture (that I'll NEVER get around to using) in exchange for something much more useful like ammo.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@yiupang9999 To get a high score in City Sweep, just run to one of the corners of the map. This will allow you to farm as many points as possible as only three zombies can attack you per turn.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hey dev, cant u change the mechanics to 1walk 1 shoot instead of 2AP of our choice please? The game play now has no strategy at all anyway, running away makes no use at all?! The zombies walk nearly as fast as us, they will catch us in 99% of the map. Also, city sweep is shit, they just spawn randomly right next to me and attack me right after they are spawned, they will surround me quickly, and the other will stop walking if i am surrounded, but by the time i kill 1 and have a space to escape, they then rushed and block the way. This zombies are too clever, making this game just a money grabing garbage, if i want to win, then i need to keep grinding til the end of the world in order to increase that small amount of stats, or pay a lot to get the materials to build. U should at least give us a free" fuse item "options, instead of using can food only.

Research (+Agility) is not reflected when resetting status. It was added to the status by refreshing the page, but without realizing it, I assigned the wrong points and had to reset it again... If you do reset, I recommend you to refresh the page once after resetting:(

Why are the shop items so trash and never change or improve? Is the best item to see really the varen suit for ammo? 2nd best is artifact insta quests for cans I guess.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Man... This is... Powerful in how unrewarding it is compared to the amount of time and effort you need to spend for improvement. This is legitimately a testament to poor game design - even for mobile style games.

Well, just wanna say goodbye to you all! It was a bit fun at the beginning, and I've been proud to get the second place for some weeks; but the game just don't feel like rewarding anymore. Just have that feeling that I've taken another chore, another to-do-list to comply to every day:
- connect
- kill some zombies
- kill some opponents in arena
- collect stuff
- wait for six hours and do it again.
In all that, my grey matter isn't at all stimulated, I just have to think a bit when I get to try a new level.
Besides, having collected a few Kreds on Kongregate during the past years enabled me to get a superior armor and rifle, which was the only reason I obtained second place. But I'm quite sure I've never been a powerful player.
Only skill is doing some stats and maths to know when and where you spend your energy. Well, that's not fun playing, that's accounting.
Anyway, have fun y'all, I'll come back in a few weeks to see if it has improved at al. Cheers!

Two things that would make this game feel a lot less crap. #1: If perception or intelligence increased your chances of acquiring more and/or better rewards. And #2: If we could sell or dismantle all of the obsolete gear we no longer use.

Having the drop rate on each item, at least could mentally prepare you for the farming. But not getting an item after 55 tries can get frustrating...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It is written that when I reset my character statistics I get free points to spend again. Will I get my tokens and research points back as well?
Hello! Research will not be reset. Only the characteristics that are displayed on the left side of the Hero window - such as Strength, Dexterity, Intelligence, etc.

@Tandu On the off-chance that you get a lucky roll when the Shop rotates its inventory, the Varan will become available for either 55 Cans or 275 Ammo.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
would it be worth something as an action that doesn't end turn? also, it could be buffed by intelligence, but at substantial rate... way higher than abilities.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Pumpking can get the skill (RunaWay Fire +1) from M4. The effect is "deals 70 damage to 3 random enemies within the attack range." If this were dependent on your damage, it would still be useful, but it only deals 210 damage in total, which is less than a normal attack.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@waldek_poch Pumpkin guy armor is just a visual gimmick with mediocre stats that was designed to entice gullible people into opening their wallets.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@waldek_poch Unfortunately, the Black Cayman is the ultimate armor that you can get without paying any money. And the armor suits that are available at the workbench are vastly inferior even when they are fully upgraded.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Tandu you also need more than 1000 scraps of torn protective suits to combine all of those Varan suits into each other at the workbench.
