I had more fun playing this game than playing bullet heaven 1 and 2
But i hope you guys are gonna do a Cubito Mayhem 2 with some cash to buy upgrades and have a custom ship with a building system like "Upgrade Complete 1 and 2" !

- Add a screenshake or slightly tint the screen or something upon taking damage
- Maybe make Z a firing button as well, autofire could make it hard to focus, as well as clicking with LMB while aiming (or when you use a laptop mousepad)
-The "player heads up" circles should maybe have a color indicator on what KIND of enemy is spawning, the fact that some enemy like the orbiter one can just suddenly spawn and damage you is really annoying

The way to get 3600 points ? Get lvl 4 Gun, Go to left side of map and them from Down->Up->Down and repeat that all time until you reach 3400 points. When you do then just circle around to get rest since at that moment enemies will spawn insanely fast(and bullet what circle around you will kill pretty easy enemies what spawn near you). ^-^

Took me a few (A lot of.) plays to figure out that you have to block bullets to upgrade your shot. Really fun game, would recommend to anyone who's fond of fast paced sh'mups.

after ~1 minute, I was just waiting to die to find out if there are some permanent upgrades or this is utterly worthless game.
Awfully repetitive and no reason to replay. 2/5.
Another perfect example of 95% focus on graphics and almost none on gameplay.

Can't play game. Unity loads up,then goes black. Shouldn't have to have a $4,000 Alienware to play a flash game either.
That's interesting. may I ask wich browser are you using? as a side note Unity doesn't use flash: it uses webGL so you're basically playing HTML5 games

BEST!GAME! It's just... JUST SOOO GOOOD! I have been waiting for a game like this for ages! A game that is 1. bullet hell and 2. is pretty much a big F U to all of those stupid idle games in fact the only thing that I could ask of the devs is MORE I'd love a bigger map or a 2nd game this game is a work of art and I amm in LOVE thank soooo much!

The game is really fun, however I'd really like it if there was some sort of mode where you don't have to start over each time. Perhaps give us an 'EASY' mode where we can keep half our upgrade levels after dying or something. It could have either a different high score or none at all so people could play whichever mode they prefer.

Now this game brings me back to the endless arcade way back my childhood. Great development, linear gameplay, clear effects and such, good developer feedback. Now I would like new gameplay mechanics added on the future. Hmmm being inside a box for a few mins seems too linear, I would like to see new maps! 4/5, I would keep the final star on hold in case that I see a much more interesting development. Keep it up! (I want this on my mobile phone somehow)

I'm alive lel, thinking about next updates, altho the game is really stable nowadays. perhaps I should do something to celebrate the fact that the game is featured on Itch.io!

Two other enemy ideas: one that shoots laser, also one where the enemy or bullets are "invisible" basically just the outline, so the bullets could move really slow but it would be hard to see them.

You should add the auto-fire toggle into the options menu. Also maybe an enemy that travels just along the wall to force you towards the center a bit.

It was neat to see that upgrading your bullet power modifies your gun to fire in the same ways that the various enemies do. Kinda like scaling with them (or not, if you rack up too many kills without blocking bullets). Really making use of unity to incorporate some neat graphical effects too. I prefer a little more structure than the high score format, but this is still very well made.

OK game....once you level up it gets too hard to see the difference between me and the enemy, same with shots flying all over the map. I did 2 first achievements in the 1st game i played but still the game looks too messy compared to other similar games.

also ...you destroyed the gamețs potential when you made it one try only...try adding an upgrade system with coins or something

It would be cooler if the enemies spawned in certain places and came at you. Its annoying to have them suddenly appear right behind you or on top of you.

When you realize hugging orbs is the most powerful attack and you start hugging the spawning ones as you have no relationship and no life. 5/5

really nice game, but it has one major "flaw":
you can easily get really high scores (4-5k first try for me) by sticking to a side and staying at one corner, just moving to the other corner when you get overwhelmed...
try to focus more on shooting the bullets than shooting the enemies since leveling up makes you get lives back.
The combination from corners=only 90° for the bullets to come from and a spreading autoattack is enough to burn most waves without moving up until the point where full madness starts (~3600ish when the hard badge is already done)

I think that what @reaperofrage mean is to have bigger portion of the map shown in fullscreen and not just close up on where you are. Well at least this is what I was hoping to see in fullscreen.
Oh, I could zoom the camer a bit out yeah. Fullscreen should render the same port size just extended and filled to the whole screen tho! Thanks for the heads up
