Game could be fine but this SHITTY TUTORIAL kills everything. Game like 1000000 other games and you still put mandatory tutorial. Also big minus for no ability to turn down the sound and music. Nothing drives me more crazy in games that you cannot get to the options before you finish SHITTY TUTORIAL.

The tier challenges become way to hard again. Not going to play for one hour just to try to win one fight I already won before.

There should be a limit for how often one player can be hit on a daily base by another single player. I do understand that that p2w players have to be favoured and that they have the biggest share in keeping the game alive by paying for it, but without a solid player base of f2p players (usually there just arent that many ppl who pay) there is no point in playing this game either.
If people get all 5 realms taken away completely by another player on a daily base, this game becomes frustrating and also if a single guy hits you 20 times over night in a single realm. This should not be possible and will sooner or later lead to losing those people to another game, just because there is no way to defend against this as f2p and thus no point in continuing to play. Please implement a limit of times a player can show up in another players attack list of something like maybe 8 times per day, so the game can not be completely ruined for f2ps

The definition of a cash grab. Grindy and addictive.
The combat is simple - you have no control over your units, except for using special abilities. No real-time battles with players either.
Armies take ages to build and even longer to upgrade and tweak. The good stuff costs premium currency, obtainable in small quantities in game. The way you get units and heroes is mostly random, so you cannot really plan your build 100%.
Applies every dirty trick to keep you glued to the screen and spending money: dailies, action points (food), shops and limited offers requiring premium currency. I think it also purposefully pairs you with players outside of your power bracket to make you feel weaker and buy the premium units.
The game itself is pretty and has some potential, especially if you like the army building aspect. However, unless you're willing to spend a lot of time - and money, possibly - stay away. People struggling with gaming additions might want to avoid this one.

An update to make sure people get the rewards for their fights in campaign would have been a lot nicer than messing with elemental challenge and making it impossible for people at lower ranks to gain something. Yesterday i spent 200 kreds on this game ... but after your changes today i really regret this. You obviously also reduced the encounters so new people wont have any chances to get tokens.
Every game that makes it harder for new people to catch up to the old ones is doing it wrong. You should work on getting a broader player base by keeping it possible to catch up, instead of frustrating new players. I quit your old game Wartide because it was too much of a grind and thought this was a little better in that respect. I will stick around a few more days to see if you have just messed something up that you are going to correct but the way it is, this game is not worth playing.

I love the graphics, but it lagged so much my computer froze (that has never happened before) and it took a few minutes to unfreeze. I really would play but my computer just cant handle it.

I get Network connection error when i i finish the Frozen! event.
So i press retry for 7+ times without results , so i refresh the page and i only lose food without getting rewards

PVP needs a fair upgrade/redo - the PVP system gives high lvl players a big advance - it should be alot more base upon the power of the player, you get match with.
Now you can 60K, and get match with +100K players 5-6 times in arow...!!!

Saturday's arena diamond rewards are great, but the item rewards are a bit underwhelming. Nobody really needs EXP items that badly; you get plenty in the process of farming emblems. They're a large amount of SSR items, which is quite rare to get any other way, but simply not needed.
Some modest amounts of elemental tokens, food, and heroic tokens, would be nicer.

Some tips for beginners: 1) Don't waste ressources on emblems, it is much faster to get new heroes/troops by opening heroic essences; 2) Try to open heroic essences 10 at once; 3) Try to spend your heroic tokens on heroic essences every day; 4) Attacking and failing in PvP doesn't make you lose any defense HP (only rating); 5) Some SR heroes (including the ones you start with) remain relevant even in the late game. Don't be afraid to invest ressources to level them up.

The first time I fought the fire god, I easily beat him. After I beefed up a bunch more, I went back to farm him and... got stomped. ????

It would be nice if we could cancel a spellcast. It's really irritating when I try to use an ability that buffs or heals my units, only for my screen to suddenly get jerked across to the enemy side and then paused, leaving me unable to use my ability on my own troops, and forcing me to waste it.

It would be nice if getting units was faster, that way one could tell what to use and get their play style set up before the endgame.

I just started the game, and very early I've already encountered a bug, just my luck. People've said that you cannot lose units, but I lose two squads, leaving me with only two squads, making the game more difficult than it was intended to be. I cannot recover them, they are not available in the Arcane.

If you do 3 raids and the energy cost goes up to 8, doing the battle without raiding will still cost only 4 energy. After the battle the repeat battle button will say 8 energy, but it still only costs the 4 because you are not raiding and that repeat is showing the raid cost for some reason. So you are safe to click the repeat button without wasting energy.

its kind of stupid that you cant get use a tower in the campaign, i mean spells are great, but towers are practically useless unless you can use them in the campaign
