I agree with other commenters: it's a beautiful game with a neat story and atmosphere, but I didn't really know what I was looking for, or what the point of the game was until the very end. Besides that, it was a fun and interesting game and for that I gave it four stars.

This would be an awesome game if the clickable spots weren't so hidden. The whole experience degenerates into a screen-painting clickfest. Nice artwork and inventory puzzles. 3/5 stars

There's a lot more guess work and random clicking involved in this, when compared to the other point'n'click adventures from you guys. The silent hero doesn't really work in this case, imo.

Not a bad game, but there is very little indication of where to go. Spent a long time going around in circles looking for somthing I might have missed. I feel like all I did was move my cursor around waiting for it to change.

I don't care what anyone else says, but no matter what, I'll sit here for 9 years waiting for Morbid 3 to come out! Yeah you don't know what you're looking for at the beginning, but that's what makes it so Perfect! I love it. Good job PastelGames! This game is the very first game I played that got me into PastelGames, and I've been replaying it over and over again since. I love you guys!

artwork: awesome. but i don't know where to click, and i can't even tell where a given click will take me half the time, because so not so good. 3/5

Interesting art style, but the navigation needs to be a lot clearer. Change the mouse cursor so it is an arrow if I'm going to move and a hand if I'm picking something up - I kept clicking navigation points thinking they were objects. Also the story/objectives were not clear. How would I know to put salt around the coffin?

It was hard to find stuff and places to go, but the great art kept me involved until I found solutions. I confess I felt a bit guilty when the vampire dropped a tear...

Have no idea what to do very early on, which makes me want to give up rather than keep playing. The degree of difficulty shouldn't come from poor navigation. :(

great game. you feel what the character feels. unsure, scared. i swear, i began to think like a dark ages guy. the art really helped set the mood. it had me so engulfed, i swear i spent the whole game trying to kill the creatures at the tree. 5/5

Vampires were considered the origin of the plague, because they would control rats to infect towns and then consume the dead. Pretty neat huh?

Beautiful artwork, as usual. I came here after playing your "Trader of Stories" instalment (which I'm still hoping to see an expansion of! :3) and am really into what your talents bring to the whole "Point-and-Click" game experience. Four stars; I felt a little goofy not knowing where to go, but enjoyed the haunting tunes and lovely illustrations.

Beautiful woodcut feel; gameplay was short, but fairly straightforward (none of this 'sure you have a hammer, but it can't be used for both hitting wooden bars in a window AND hitting a stake, now can it?' crap). It was a bit of hunt figuring out where I could go though.

I really like this game. I think the beauty of it IS the silent hero and the black and white graphics. Also when you don't know what's happening and have to find out more about it as you play, it makes it all the more mysterious which is pretty much the whole atmosphere of the game. I really hope they continue this.

Wtf seriously? the description says "The Black Death stalks the land, but is it a plague, or something more sinister??" and he has gone and mucked it up by tagging it as a vampire game. thanks Mr spoil the surprise for me i dont even see the point in playing now.....

To me, the story is little bit weak. We speak about a plague, then zombies, then rats and .. a vampire ? huh ... Whats the link ? But I love your games (Im doing everyones at this moment ) so maybe its a little weak :)

I love the artwork and the atmosphere, but I've run into a brick wall. I've found several objects and have gotten into the house, but I can't figure out what to do next. Most of the scenes don't appear to lead anywhere, or yield any further objects. I'm disappointed because I would have loved to play the whole game. It needs a couple more visual hints and clues.

I love the use of the black and white coloring to create a horror feel. Also it really does make it seem like its the year 1347. Though this does not make it in my favorites out of all Pastel Games point and click adventures.

I didn't think I could love Pastelgames more than I already did, and then they make a game with vampires in it! The art is great, the story is interesting and I love the music - 5/5.

I really liked the style and movement of the game. There were several clickables that were very difficult to find, which is my only real complaint. Enjoyable to play, though. I wish more point and click games had logic this well prepared.
