I like the style and atmosphere of these games. The detective work itself is a mixed bag, often the 'detecting' is actually figuring out what it is you have to do. For example, it would be nice if at the doctor's office I was told, "there is no one here and the door is locked. I must find a way to get in and look for clues."

I love the interface and atmosphere, as always, but the storyline lacks some consistency. I understand you want to avoid forkings in the investigation (but why?), but why shoild I be prevented from going to the Pharmacy in the first place? I got all the clues since the start!
Also, try to make more evident the areas where to click to change room: sometimes I clicked on a possible clue only to unwillingly change room: exits should be emptier.

I liked it, but... 1) the responsiveness of the mouse clicks was very poor - it took a few seconds each time I clicked on something for it to react 2) there was no tutorial or text in the Instructions section that things that glimmer should use the brush on 3) the walkthrough is so vague that it cannot help you if you are stuck on finding a certain clue #

To reach second page of the diagnosis codes book, hover your mouse slowly over the text on the upper half of the page - the cursor will change when you reach the clickable region. You may have to exit + return to the book a couple of times ( at least I had to! ).

I liked the classic detective fedora feel. The "gritty realism" you want means I would have waited to get a warrant or waited for the manager at the car lot instead of breaking in. The fedora detective would have had no problem breaking in, though.

For the people who are stuck on the Diagnosis codes part, you only need the one bit of information on the second page. The rest can be found in the evidence locker among the things you found at Dr. Kane's office

I wish they added a mechanic of like going 4 minutes before the dude was murdered. And being a ghost. and possessing stuff.

i really miss combining all of the evidence together to create more hints.. that was the best part about the previous games.. made you feel like a detective boss

I'm stuck at Epfret's apartment.
*SPOILER*
I have the broken glass, I got the items out of the safe, and 2 letters out of the postbox. What am I missing?

It's a nice little game, though it is a bit too simple. There are no real puzzles or mystery to solve. It's simply just a case of click on all the clues and the mystery is solved for you.

I'm stuck at ABMA, I've got the killer fingerprints on his right hand and on the car wheel and also the car number, but I can' find the last one... By the way, I hate the walkthrough...

For those who are stuck at Nova:
1. Kovac on the Resignation letter.
2. Car Registration number from the book.
3. Seller Emil Kovac on the same book.
