Fantastic game and a vast improvement from the previous two. I like the revisit to old places and the choice to an alternate path - you don't need to kill Ann or Lynch to beat the game - gives a point about using judgment instead of blindly following orders. 5/5

"So.... why did I bother killing the hermit if he told me what I wanted to hear in the first place, and the Observers didn't do anything for me except demand I do things for them?"
Because you are a tool.

Wait so the dude at the gas station wants matches but i have a lighter. "Did you get those matches?" "No but I have a zippo lighter" "What the fu*k i told you to get me matches that have way less uses!"

@PotatoEngineer: Those were my thoughts exactly. Seriously, the only reason you listened to those guys in the first place was to get Lynch, and you found him. Contract terminated.

@Turtlesrfun: Subliminal? Fahrenheit 451 is a book. It's also the temperature at which paper burns. Just in case you'd haden't heard of it. =)

The only tricky navigation I found was getting back to the car from the field. You simply look for the electric grids to get to the observers.
All in all, another thought-provoking game from the guys who gave us the Submachine games.

you probably left it at the observers den, it's possible to walk there from behind the house with the corpse... the one you got ammo from in number two. messed me up too.

The navigation is about the worst I've seen in an adventure game. It was pretty much a pixel hunt after I figured my way around. Ending was very very weak. 2/5

@kazzywazzy They are in that underground bunker. Just keep wandering around down there, taking them out of desk lamps

I agree with other player comments about navigation being illogical too. What, I can't go around back until I've gone upstairs and see something first? Again - no permission to do something without ANY explanation being given to the player. Am I supposed to infer the player is brain-dead and can't look around the back of a house? Does the back of the house not exist until you have a vision in a crackhouse attic? Geez. And some of the navigation-arrow spots are small. Not to mention that if you haven't played Fog Fall 1 or 2, you wouldn't necessarily think of "backing up" to get to a new location. (Players point of view is looking down the road, but the "new" location is at the screen bottom, "behind" them)

This latest episode was TERRIBLE and illogical and started with another freaking pixel hunt (for which I am rating the game down to a 1 - never mind the graphics). I figured out my truck was broke and needed a hose in about 30 seconds - fine. only othe spot to go was a cabin. Talked to the guy, went inside - oh look, a hammer and a hose - maybe that is all I need - huh? Can't pick them up? WTF? ok, look around for stuff to pick up. Nothing in here... nothing in the bathroom. Spent 15 minutes pixel-hunting the screens. FINALLY found a piece of paper that allowed me to talk which in turn let me pick up my freaking hose. HONESTLY - if you dont want the player to pick up the hose without permission, then SAY SO.

I really like this series. Especially how you can re-visit the places in later games and find new clues there. Definitely looking forward to Fog Fall 4.

I only played this game because I thought it was called Frog Fall 3 and by the time I realized that the game was starting to load so I decided to play it.
