we have the world records (best time ever gotten on a track, been tracking the fastests times for 2 years now) and chat with others who also play this game!

We could have a computer-generated new track every day. It would take a programmer just a few hours to write the necessary lines.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It's like a normal racing game, but without all that unnecessary stuff like steering and drifting and fancy graphics. 5/5

Ok that is such a weird coincidence that I have to share it: I needed only two more models (plus two collectibles). I just bought one with 200 credits - and on the next spin, I got the other one. Bug? I mean, yey! ... but was that a bug? Or just a really big coincidence?

sorry to break your succerity check but there's more optimization then you think, if you couldent tell, im The_Return and have been playing for 4+ years now, im not using some dumb program to re-record a time i just know the track really well to where it almost becomes muscle memory. if you just going to say everyone top players used a re-recorder, stop playing the game and stop complaining about it. thank you

Awww ... aren't you cute. Sorry to burst your bubble. On a track that is shorter than 10 seconds, there really aren't many "choices". It is about when to release the acceleration button, and there are programs you can use to record it, edit it, and then replay it.

Bart, no one is using an automatic system to get a good score. its just knowing the fastest route and then putting the time into it to actually set a good time
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Since all you have to do is press one button, the "winners" are people who use a computer program to do it for them. If the tracks were randomly generated each day, that would still be possible, but would take longer, and fewer cheaters would do it.

you do know they havent updated in over 2 years, and they defenetly wont came back to it, i remember when i started there were 14k players in the sprint track, now there's rarely 1.5k

So yeah ... after some time, you have all the cars (or at least all the ones you want) ... what's left to do, if no new tracks are added to the game? I can't even try to beat my all-time-best on the old tracks because the all-time-bests aren't stored anywhere.

re: the previous comment -- Just because you're seeing different behavior for the same input doesn't mean the game is using RNG. Slight noise in the computing environment (meaning slightly different amounts of CPU time granted to the game) can change what happens, particularly if the game is updating each time a frame is rendered. Ideally, one tries to minimize that, but it's not possible to eliminate it entirely. If the situation happens to be right near an edge case, you're going to see varying behavior more often.

So I realised two things today. One, there is RNG involved. Going full speed at the start, in the first bend the car swerves to the right lane 80% of the time and to the middle lane 20% of the time. So we are not imagining things when during a race we think, "wait, what? This usually works!" ... and I also realised that the number of tracks is limited. I thought they were computer-generated. Too bad.

There are here some great game idea, however it is game that doesn't allow you to make any mistake. You can't recover from a mistake in you current race, you will have to start a new one. This is a little frustrating

Cool to see that all the BOTDs of this week were of racing games, because the Kongpanion itself is a kind of racing character. That being said, I'm glad it's over, because I'm not much of a fan of racing games. This game is fun at first with an interesting mechanic, but gets boring and monotonous once you start aiming for master division on either track. 3/5

Use the mouse. Idk if its input lag, mentality or what but I could not for the life of me beat the time using the arrow keys but nailed it first try using hte mouse button

this game is kinda genius in its simplicity.
that said, boy does this game make me wanna yeet my computer straight out the window

The secret to winning the badge is to figure out the long stretch where you can just keep the button pressed on accelerate, and the curves where you can accelerate briefly. Sometimes you need to just coast around a curve.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I strongly dislike this game. Maybe it's a good game and I'm off-put by how bad I am at it. Regardless, this badge is not happening for me.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
so, you are not actually going to complete the achievement at all because you need to play in the pro track which you can only do so on the app.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
No point in buying cars because they all suck. Why have an option to spend money on this game when it does no good? That is really dumb.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I like how this game just slaps you right in the game with no tutorial as other players are the tutorial! All you have to do is copy the ghost car and figure out where it can be improved. Remember you control "HOW LONG" you accelerate for. Good luck everyone.

How can a one button game have arbitrary controls? That is, quite possibly, the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. Also, how is this not playable? It's essentially a game version of those old single trigger slot car tracks where you have to either let on or off to keep the car on the line. The only difference is that instead of flying off the track, you crash into the "wall". You seriously can't play a game that's actually been around for over a hundred friggin' years? Are you joking? Ofc, like they say, easy to start, hard to master. Ftr, mouse button has less lag time than spacebar for some stupid reason.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
hit the wall for going too fast, had 2 lanes to skid and hit the wall on the inside of the curve instead of skidding to the outside...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
1 star.... opponent with same speed and i always skid 2 lanes and crash against the wall even if i release, he has only 1 lane to skid and doesn't.
