the game is a very very good idea, but once you learn how to make everything do what you want, it gets a little boring...more levels in a sequel would be nice.

@obliquely: I noticed the same thing, I was playing in class on my laptop and now I am playing on a more powerful computer, and triangles are spaced apart more and I am moving faster.

On the slow machine I'm using right now, it takes 50 boxes before it's possible to loop.
Intentional? Or are triangles spaced according to real speed instead of distance moved?
@Dad. Apple ][+! Luxury! Mine was typed on a rubber keypad and saved to audio cassette. (It was also two-player with weapons, teleport, and terraforming. But this is the first variant I'VE seen that uses looping as an ability.)

huge glitch. If you run perpendicularly into an edge and let your triangles stack up, the trailing ones will explode into blue boxes that you can easily just turn around eat up.

I agree with DeadlyDad - this is an old genre of game, however it is beautifully executed and, in my mind, has 100x more playability than old "snake". The only criticism I would make is it needs more progress... instead of just regenerating the reds you should be able to complete the level. Subsequent levels should have more reds, perhaps faster motion etc. Good work though :)

Ummm... Cake? I made a version of this 28 years ago, on an Apple ][+. The only real difference in /play/ was my screen was static. This genre has been around a *loooong* time.

5/5. Needs to get harder. Too repetitive and no motivation. 5/5 because I see the MASSIVE potential of this game! It is very addicting, and a completely new idea.

good no concept about the whole snake-thematic, lovevly simple graphics and a sound that fits. i pretty much enjoyed playing it, obviously better than average, therefor 4/5

Definitely has potential, looks like a fair amount of work went into it. I agree new squares should scatter. Possibly something like special effects and/or things start moving faster the more squares you have collected?

@resterman To get extra points you need to loop around the red circles and collide with your tail. The more you circles you loop at once the higher the bonus.

Ok, the game is fine. I'll give 3/5 because it's too repetitive. You should complete the level when you get the 50 blue squares. The idea to keep playing is fine, you have to crash with yourself to get more squares. But after three times of doing this it's too boring to continue with the game. Hope this comment helps you to improve your game! 3/5

Good game, needs a highscores though and after you collect the first 50 squares the new squares need to be strewn across the map, otherwise its just to easy.
