You need to note somewhere that failure to collect a bit of sunlight will remove one of the bits you already collected.

The game loses all functionality on hardcore mode. The only reason its managable on Normal is because you can loop back on yourself. Taking that function away and increasing enemies is beyond hardcore. Also the fact that the head can move in any direction the mouse takes, but the tail is forced follow in a limited circle is a bit counter productive in my eyes. all in all. a great take on a classic. I look forward to a possible sequel, with perhaps a bit more streamline control over the snake. 4/5

Very nice game 5/5. What we have here is a fine example of a new, different, ORIGINAL twist on a timeless classic. This game added new and exciting elements (bombs, enemies, poison etc.) to a much loved game. We don't see many original games launched, but the quotes and laid-back aspect of this game makes it completely fresh. A rare creation. Good job!

It's Snake! You did a great job of building on the classic snake game mechanic, but with a unique style and some good twists. I got frustrated a few levels into hardcore mode, but this really seems like the kind of casual game a person could go back to over and over.

It's good to finally see some1 put a new, fresh, and good idea into a genre that really hasn't seen anything new in a while good job 5/5 from me.

normal is perhaps to easy and hardcore seems to hard. Perhaps and intermediate setting with just more enemies would have been better.

amazing artwork and somewhat addicting gamelay are nice but multiplayer would be cool.. like a survival mode where the last one standing wins. ranking would be nice for it as well

Very nice game! But still -- the snake feels a little too stiff for me. I'd like to be able to curl up into a ball. The movements of the tail pieces are a little unpredictable, i.e. sometimes you drag your body into a monster just because the movement of the head influences the tail pieces a little too much.

I like it. Fairly original, good challenge curve. Not super difficult, but the last few levels offered a fair challenge. The interface plays well and the artwork is nice. Short but sweet. 4/5

A good solid original game and very nice artwork and great quotes. As for the game itself it is a bit laking in entertainment, everything else however was great. There just simply wasn't anything motivating me to get flawless on the levels or finish hardcore. Game froze up on me at a certain level, still 4/5 however for originality and artwork.

I suggest badges of half of the game done, all of the game done, and all of the ame done flawless. Other than the flaw of no badges, it's a great game!

Also, why does the very tip of the tail (aka the smallest segment) have the same size hitbox as your head? Makes it very difficult to dodge when your length increases.

Interesting art style but that's all this game has going for it. It's a basic avoider type game with a painfully slow pace.

Great graphics, great idea, its just the controls that let the whole thing down for me. As someone has probably said give the snake a maximum speed, so that it follows the mouse, but not that the snake is the mouse. Just a personal note I prefer the snake on the opening sequence than the snake in the game. 4/5.
