Grind the bosses instead of the mobs till you can kill them within 20 secs without clicking then you are good to move on.

I used Energize, Reload, Powersurge in that order, hoping that the Reload would reduce the cooldown on Energize and the Energize would double Powersurge's effect. In reality I got a regular cooldown of Energize and a regular Powersurge. There's a bug here anyway and I think it would be helpful to stress how the last two work - kind of weird that to Reload Energize means it doesn't work.

is there a reason the adds never work? i want the free ruby you get for watching an add, but the add never comes and i dont get my ruby.

"Q" commonly does not work for moving gilds. Sometimes pressing caps lock, shift or control a few times will fix it, but not always.
