It saves automatically. The text file saving is like an extra backup on your machine, like if you deleted all your cookies, but didn't want to lose all your progress, just import the file you saved to your computer.

i like how starting at hero lvl 200 the dps of each hero is increased by 4x instead of 2x also the looks of the outsiders are nice and the gilded look for the heroes are incredible

Considering that each hero soul is a 10% DPS increase, doesn't that mean that any ancient you buy or upgrade has to confer at least 10(cost of purchase) in value for it to be effective? Call me crazy, but it means that any more than 2 or 3 ancients, left at low level, is just bad math. Am I missing something that makes buying and leveling ancients better than, say 160% dps increase?

I like how they just start using symbols instead of letters at a certain point. And remember "A lot > 1,000* < A lot".

I can not believe that when you get to Dread Knight, you have to gather 1,000 Undecillion coins when after 30 mins of playing you MIGHT get 250 Nonillon.....JESUS THIS IS GONNA TAKE SOME TIME! (Probably gonna walk away for 2 or 3 days and see if that works! )

If it doesn't appear, then either the game hasn't loaded yet, kongregate is going through some issues, or another problem that maybe has to do with your computer? I've run into it before, but I think it's just a glitch that happens.

Protip: When spending hero souls, try and keep your balance higher than what you left the previous universe with, so if you had 3 souls before going to the next, keep it above 3

i been playing this game for a long time, but i think a neat feature that would be nice to have is when doing those random guild swaps for 2 hs, that we could set a number to do instead of one at a time. gets tedious when you have like 10+ you wanna swap without doing them all. im the guy that like to have a guild for every hero lol.

Sometimes when I load it up the green button doesn't appear even though I wait for a couple of minutes. Is this common?

To address a newer comment, the main reason the game will probably never have badges, is because it is one of the best examples of a game that can be hacked completely to pieces, and is almost designed to be enjoyed as such. Leaderboards for games where folks can manipulate pretty much anything, and the "Idle" status of the game itself, doesn't work and won't work. Very few Idle games get badged, simply because there's better options for it. Sorry for long post.
