@JaneB13: The Frigid map shred is a random zone reward in most levels of Glaciella. So just continue towards mastering Glaciella's gauntlets and you'll eventually get it. See http://www.kongregate.com/forums/193-cloudstone/topics/287164-unlock-yeti-island-karys-contract?page=2#posts-10490598.

Can anyone help me with the frigid map shred for Yetinothah? Is there any part of Glaciella where I have better chances of finding it? (I have found multiple pieces of the other three part, bot none of this. the game tells me it's in Glaciella bu I can't find it)

Would it kill the developers to change a little code so that Shift+Click always attacks and doesn't blindly rush into an enemy encampment just because we happened to accidentally click on a single piece of gold that happens to be right next to the enemy base?

@durrrx9999: I like Cloudstone more than Clicker Heroes. ;-). It's probably my favourite MMO RPG, probably in part because it's not such a social game for an MMO. ;-)

Is it just me or is Yetinothah Island's level indications way too high? I just beat Haunted Forest (HF) (a timed map where you need to kill X enemies before the time is up) with 8 seconds to spare despite spending about 30 seconds on killing three champions. (Sometimes enemies randomly become champions.) But HF is recommended for level 34+ and I started it at lvl 29, but levelled while playing it. The previous two levels were also easy despite being recommended for higher levels than my own. Yet on other islands, I don't easily win a map meant for a level higher than my own or one more than my own.

Ignore my wall of text below. See http://www.kongregate.com/forums/193-cloudstone/topics/348692-is-cloudstone-pay-to-win about rubies.

@Scarecrow5995: At the start I also thought so. However, "good" weapons isn't nearly as important as designing your class well. I suggest going for pure monk skill tree and looking for equipment where discipline is prioritised over armour is prioritised over HP. With monk you can choose to use a staff, but I suggest a two-handed weapon designed for monk. (Sometimes you find/win/contract a great one, but generally speaking the I end up mostly using weapons bought for gold at the shop.) Much later in the game, you can sometimes win great equipment at PvP or start specifically farming for weapons or for contract items for specific weapons/gear. This game is pretty fun for the most part.. Last message posted was over a year ago.. Maybe it is time to update that again???

Hmm, I find this to be a pretty good game. Why? I've played it multiple times, and I enjoyed it each time. Though, I find the amount of gold gotten from a seemingly big pile very small (unless a Boost is used).

the game is good, but i think that getting rubies takes too long,or too hard. All in all, tedious,so maybe add converting gold to rubies? it would make it easier, but would need alot of gold.
