YES POROSAMA!!! Make it idle. It kind of already has that set up going for it and if you make it in depth and more than a 5 min game it could be an awesome, unique idle game. Either way it was fun.

Great little sim! I love it!! It took me a minute to figure out what was happening.. but.. I have to say, for just 5 minutes out of every other game.. this is fab. nothing like roasting a few people to get that stress out :D

So, some thoughts: Great bare bones for a game. There are bits where it stuttered a bit for me, but that might just be my computer. I like the combination of idle/active effects. You could probably lean further into the "Idle" territory and have more ways of killing townsfolk like the bear trap. Also, spells would be a nice addition, like being able to unlock different spells that you can use for a certain number of souls each. Maybe also add a secondary resource. Blood maybe? Perhaps different kill methods give you different amounts of each resource. Like a juicer would give you lots of blood but few souls while a sacrificial altar would be the reverse. That would give it some resource management aspects. Heck, you could add more resources than that, even. Anyway, good luck and hope you keep going with it!

Awesome game so far, I just hate how loud the bear trap is, maybe just blood and no sound for that would be good, it ruins the atmosphere. Thanks for the spooky new game!

Its really short but fun! Maybe add it so you can afk farm them faster by adding more traps and more upgrades, Other then that really fun!
now it has the static api on so high scores will be submitted. someone did send me a message with a picture attached. he reached 700k but the game crashed then hhhhh. he's a beast.

flying monsters to swoop down and kill them
the trees! they should be able to be enchanted and grab people
maybe some aesthetic changes? could lure different kinds of people to the castle, like people with different hats or outfits. like you could put up decorations and get trick or treaters or something like that!

Good concept. Earning automated or idle killing is a good idea. How about a"'flying monkey" upgrade where they would swoop down, snatch humans and drop them in the cauldron. It's can also fun to dump hot oil on unsuspecting humans.

Loving the premise. I think it should keep the simplicity, just add idle upgrades and spells. Of course, dragging the dumb villagers should still offer bonuses. Maybe expand to different level types? Pits, inside the haunted mansions/castles, caves, abandoned asylums, villagers trying to fight back. This game rocks, no matter what you do with it it's going to be great

I like it! I kinda Like it being idle, however I fell like there should be some kind of consequence for building up more humans than you can handle. And also more creative spells that make you feel more and more god like as you go along, be able to handle more and more handles

The game is very fun. I really like the design and the sounds. The upgrades are innovative and fit the theme perfectly. However there is no goal here. Even if you had not time to finish (or fully polish) it you could have just added a counter with an end game "you won" after 5000 souls or something. Or maybe an option to press escape once we had enough :)

Really fun concept! I think there's room for a lot more fun witch-y tricks once the villagers have a little bit more fight in them.
Personally, I can't stand idle games so keeping this as a more strategic upgrade game would be my choice!

I genuinely like the macabre artwork and simple (yet delightfullly sadistic) mechanics. Though it would help the game if there was a healthbar or loot that can be stolen. Now there's not really a sense of urgency to it. But I'd play the full game. Hope to see more cool features.

It would be nice if you could kill villagers by flinging them in the air. there should also be more types of villagers or something. the style reminds my a lot of Defend Your Castle

I know this is a prototype But I think I have a synopsis of everybody's best ideas for the updates.
1.Combat system for witch, as in she can die, villagers are smarter, and different spells and play styles.
2. More idle for currency like more upgrades for the buildings.
3. more resources like mining farming, and even gaining soldiers.

I think it would be so much better if you could hold more than just 4 humans as the max. When you have everything upgraded, there are many humans, but you can't hold many at a time.

Like other people I wish this was more idle and there should be something to do like combat and such. Yet I enjoy this game and wish to see more updates and more.

Making this a wave based game could be cool. There wasn't much of an idle aspect here aside from the bear trap which only killed a single villager at a time. Either way it's enjoyable and I'd definitely play it full release whether you decide to go the idle route or not.

I see you're thinking about making this an idle game but I have to vote no. There are sooo many idle games right now, it seems like it's the only genre getting any attention right now. You'll just get lost in the crowd.

Making the game non linear would be tons of fun. It reminds me of a game called Trapped for the playstation. You were a useless summoner and the whole point was to kite enemies into trap and do really fun combos to wrack up really big points.

Awesome game, some more story would be great. Why am I sacrificing humans? For power? Immortality? Resurrecting a king's daughter? Summoning a demon or god? Or something far worse?

It's a realli intriquing game and I'd love to see how it develops. I'd like it to be a bit more based on players actions since when you're killing people it would be more fun actually having to do the work rather than the game being idle. I kinda like the way it works here - the idlesness is so slow that without one's help it's not efficient enough to be worth it (in my opinion). I'd like to see more types of enemies, maybe some which wouldn't fit into the cauldron (like on horses or something) or maybe there could be people immune to magic or other witches, ... Idk, there's huge amount of possibilities and if you add just the right upgrades to keep the game interesting, you'll make something really cool ;)

i am loving the style and the progression.
the feel of power is nice and i just want to sacrifice more.
it would be nice whit a twist or a story.
the absolut best upgrade game around.
to bad all upgrade games are over when i have bought all upgrades.
