The trick to the game is to not lose lives early on so that you can level up your weapons. At about level 10 or 11 you should be able to buy slow motion which does make the tele-guys easy.

Suggestion: make either the bosses drop more money or you keep the money that you earned during the level when you lose. I usually tried to stay with 3 lives but after the third boss I didn't get enough money to buy any lives then when I went into the next level I died due to the teleporters going right on top of me. This kept happening so I am just stuck and am unwilling to replay from beginning. 4/5

"They were making experiments with space portals and something went wrong..." Half Life, kkkkkkk. The big corporation of the Gman and the Black Mesa facility of the USA government. xD

do i really have to start the game over cause i havent got enough cash to buy anything and those freakin teleporters always spawn atop of me???? O.o
plus the really bad and uninspired story results in a maximum 3/5 =/

Even simple requests like "make a proceed with dialogue button rather than a fast forward dialogue button" get voted down to -9...
maybe because it's not just dialogue, it's a game scene, where objects are moving and interacting with each other (for example, main hero picks up the powerup, rocket hits ufo), it just can't be simply skipped. so some players understand that, while others don't...

Also, I find the way negative comments about the game seem to get consistently voted down, even highly accurate descriptions of a complaint about a gameplay feature, highly suspicious.

The "plot" in this is like something a pre-teen anarchist would come up with during civics class. Government, being evil, summons evil aliens to attack Earth (and themselves) for.... what? The game seems to imply the government and military are in on the alien invasion, like they don't have families and are one big uniform block of stupid evil.

My problem is the flying monkeys, if they so much as teleport on you, your done. I think the loss of a life is to much.

I would suggest that in the next game, you lower the difficulty just a smidgen(or maybe just add a difficulty setting), and not allow access to cheats until after the game has been beaten.

Annoying grammatical error in the description... It's actually "UFOs" rather than the incorrectly possessive "UFO's."

You try a lot of really interesting and new ideas in this game. I've never seen a bullet hell game with so many different mission types. The problem is that the core gameplay needs some polish. I feel like the ships are too big and there isn't enough onscreen to really provide much of a challenge. The levels are a little too long, though that might not be a problem if you make the game more engaging.

I think the slow mo is OP. And boring. If it would run out in a few seconds and would recharge slowly it would tempt me less.

Agreed with bigb1983 -- using the Level Select feature causes you to LOSE previously purchased upgrades. If that's not a bug, it's an absolutely horrible deign choice.

Please just autofire or make it a buyable upgrade. Why make everyone hold the mouse button down for no reason at all?

My main complaint was when i decided to level select. When i selected levels i already played to make more money, it made me lose everything that i had already bought.

1. Nerf those bloody asteroids- Reduce speed, and bounce
2. Make the bomb's explosion direction more consistent and predictable
3. Get different types of guns- e.g. Machinegun, cannon, spray
4. Get health bar for enemies.
5. Enemies need animations e.g. Picking noses, farting, looking at you
Otherwise, really great and full-of-potential game.

If you ever make a game where the enemies teleport, make it so that they don't spawn at your position. If you really have to do that, thatn please don't make it so you lose life on contact with enemy.

I don't understand how this game can be in Hot New Games, it is not so good in my opinion. Good job for the developer, though. It's not easy to make a game.

I was going to vote the orange clouds as "Most Annoying Enemy"... until I encountered the invisible/warping enemy that shoots before you can even see it... but will still kill you if you touch it. That touching an enemy = instant death... highly annoying, more so when the enemies are appearing randomly on screen with no forewarning.

Nice music, nice levels so far, only things that annoy me very much are this yellow bouncy globes! ARGH. Other than that, 4/5 points from me! :)

Needs armor/health upgrades. If it's going to constantly have things coming from both sides of the screen there should be a direction toggle. Needs income upgrades. A progress bar on each level would be nice.

nice game, few very nice ideas, overall i would like shorter levels and more upgrades, i think it deserves solid 4/5 :)
