Nice simulation, although: I'd like to choose what airport to work at, and like to see more realistic target stickers. What I'm also missing is the visual blip that lets you know the screen is being updated. The menu that lets you coordinates the planes is sometimes obstructed by plane. Update suggestion: different scenarios (weather: wind, rain, volcanic ash)(misc: hijacks, crashes, emergency landings). Still, very nice simulation! 3.4 score imo.

As soon as a plane enters, get it down to 4000 feet. Set them up in a circular orbit. When a plane is in a place where it can turn into the localizer triangle, Set it to 3000 feet, 200 knots... and hit APPROACH, NOT ENTER. It will descend and turn and slow (or speed up) at the same time.

I loved it. It's realistic and addicting. I do however suggest you make a second version with a better HUD, some improved GFX, and the options to speed up time and play in an open mode where you cant "strike out". You could really make a killer game.

Very realistic game , but when once you set them on localizer they should all adjust their speed and rate of descend on their own . What do you think ......Controllers!!!!

Total 3 levels here. Try to pass last level first time with striking out of screen some planes, otherwise it will be too crowdy. You will not earn additional money, but less chance to start once again with the first level. I would add some ufo's here with its own speed and height - more fun, and of course emergency "out of fuel" landings, or just add fuel parameter

Fun game, I wish there were more like this on here.
If your dots on the localizer are really one mile apart, then I'm pretty sure you'll get a violation if your planes are 6 miles apart, not 3.

Hum that was interesting...Got to say was one of the harder games I'll played but still liked it a lot.Though i suck at it lol

Great idea, great game, really challenges one's coordination skills. The big thing missing is a restart level option and the possibility of continuing from the highest current level after screwing up. But then again, maybe that's just the way it was planned, to make players avoid the deadly sin of getting 2 planes too close. ^^ And to all the people who complain about the game being boring: I guess you guys are just not used to thinking, so shut up and keep playing your primitive mindless games. ;-)

Dude this is awesome if you understand it! My brother does this for a living! If you watch the movie "Pushing Tin" you'll get how to play this game.

If you are looking for runway then focus on a little tiny rectangular on the end of the left game screen. The triangle you are talking about is an localizer signal that is used for an ILS (Instrumental landing system). It is more real than you think!!!!

It's a realistic game indeed. I also made an air traffic control game, please, check it: http://www.kongregate.com/games/GeneralVimes/sky-control
I mixed the realistic control scheme with some arcade elements, such as enemies (thunderstorms, birds, and UFOs), powerups and upgrades.

great game, and do kkep your eye on height and speeds. i find that getting them all going in one direction on a "wheel" is the best tactic - or else...... and why cant we restart a level rather than re-start?!

It's very annoying, that you have to start over from level 1 after you failed one more advanced level! -> 3 stars only. Potential for 4 stars.

I find it annoying when the planes come onto the radar and keep getting in the way of the ones trying to land. In real life, you can look at the radar to see what is coming in and so you can be ready for it. I probably should keep the planes at below 6000 feet anyway.

I love this - have rated it 5 star. Only niggles are (1) AC should not hit separation error on airspace entry, and (2) no menu option to offer 'restart' (which I SO needed!). But otherwise, a great game and one of my faves here.

All you have to do is remember that on level 1 all the incoming planes are at 6000 feet so drop any planes in those areas to 5000 or less. Level 2 some come out at 5k and some at 6k so keep them below 4k. And if there was a speed up thing that would destroy the realism of the game.

the things need to give you a slight warning before the alarms go off, maybe turn yellow for a bit to give some time to react.

I love ATC simulators, this one has potential. Unfortunately AC can spawn into a separation violation - that's unfair.

Mh.. nvm the introductions thing.. found in under "next tip".. maybe you should rename it to "next page", because it's not standalone tips but the complete tutorial

Brilliant concept - would enjoy playing when 1) Seperation alarm glitches are addressed and 2) Some sort of time lapse control is added. PLEASE keep working on it - this could well be a favourite of mine... action/puzzler. WELL DONE!

mh, the idea is nice and expandable - you should speed up the gameplay though (over 15 minutes for 6-8 planes to land? gah.. ) and offer better instructions - I had to figure out what a) approach does and b) where I've to send the planes anyway (= white arrow, runway entry vector). Also a short explanation about the numbers under the planes name would have been nice, though you can guess it after trying.

gotta check the separation alarm sistem....had 2 alerts on same situation and, besides that one, had other safe situation alerted....nice concept, keep it up
