Grab armor and shield boosts when they are full and receive a permanent +2 to the stat instead of heals. + if helpful.
Someone is def paying attention to the game :P
To complement what you just said, doing that also increase the regeneration rate of the stat you raised.

I'm really digging the ambiance, stylized graphic design and feel of this one. Challenge keeps pumping up at a very finely tuned pace and the game feels very rewarding overall, with just the right amount of difficulty. Diverse upgrades make for decent replayability as well, thumbs up!

Really nice game. Starts basic, but more and more deadly defense systems kept missions interesting. Upgrades, mission rewards and unlockable star perks made sure you'll feel a little more powerful after each succesful mission. Overall pretty fun.
Thank you Suuj. Thats the idea. Building up slowly. Nice of you to mention about the "defense systems". In an early version of the game the missions were kinda empty, and all felt like they were the same. Those defense systems were implemented to give a sense of urgency and keep the flow of the game.

The easiest way to beat lv 7+ - have the fastest legs equipped. The special reloads faster than it runs out ... this allows you to have the absorbing shield up all the time (so you take no damage).
Also, there needs to be a better explanation of what the lv 10 3-star bonus does, if anything.
No, at this point that star is there for flavor. (not everything in the game is +stats).
Maybe on what ppl say here i can implement some gameplay feature for it on a future build.
+ i hope kong will implement badges in this game and the finding of all the stars will go there.

One thing I simply have to mention ten seconds into gameplay is - I don't care where my bullets are, I care where my enemy's bullets are. Everything else I'm interested in is orange and stands out, why are enemy bullets blue? :C

I found shooting to be quite straining on my poor fingers, so I decided I'd just ram into all the enemies. It was quite effective.
Its a tradeoff, at later stages you cant ram everything. The way it works is based on the current amount of armor you VS enemy. If he has more armor than you, you die. On the other hand if you have more than him you take 30% of his armor in damage to yours and he dies.

That's not a bomb! That's a ****ing Missile Air Strike!.....EPIC!!!!!!!!! If there was a Love Game button I would have pushed it by now.

These new "safety measures" are getting kind of ridiculous. I mean, what, Big Jack gets to use the bombs as much as he wants fighting me, but of course before HQ hands them over to me they make sure to limit it to three uses? Come on guys, help me out a little! Don't take away the most fun part of having bombs- that they don't run out! :P

I love the option not to teleport out of the level after the mission is done. Sometimes it's the small things that make a great game. 5/5

If I had to make a complaint, it's that the upgrades don't really change your appearance as drastically as they could do for bigger visual impact. Perhaps having each tier of upgrade be a different colour could feel more rewarding when you purchase them.

Wow. The music and graphics give it that nice digital feel. The gameplay is the perfect level of difficulty, with the enemies getting slightly stronger, more advanced, and more numerous as you get more powerful. The stars unlocking "powerups" is a cool feature that I don't think I have seen. Great Job! Would love to see more! 5/5

5 Stars, thanks for the game! I would love to see a sequel/expansion.. maybe you can manage an import for savegame into the new part, so i can further enjoy my pimped mech ;)

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHY U PUT 10 CHARACTER LIMIT ON NAMES. Other than that I really like the game, really solid overall, loving it. Sequel? Hmmm? Hmmmm? (You can't see but I'm raising my eyebrows quizically!)
Im curious about what you wanted to write. Sequel prob wont happen in the way ppl are expecting. If i made a sequel it will be for desktop and not browser based.

Generally a nice game. Several gripes though, the map lay out is a bit funny- there is the edge of the map and then some interior demarcations that make it look like an edge but not. Loop the music fluidly, the end and replay really screws with the flow. The clapping at the end of a level is SO wrong, totally out of place. And it seems as if shots go through enemies half the time. Just small quibbles, the audio ones should be easy fixes.

If it's ok to offer some suggestions, it'd be nice if you could make the abilities of opponents more pronounced; Like the buggble shield being larger to protect others, but making it easier to move under it and kill the origin. Reflective shield should have a tendency to shoot projectiles roughly in direction of origin, realistic deflection is the problem that it rewards players inaccuracy. Enemy shots could do with a different color, too. As in my previous post, great game. No unconstructive criticism intended.
The ratio radius/screen size had to be respected. I tried diferent sizes for those bubbles, bigger and smaller ones. With a larger resolution playfield the types of implementations surely will be larger. I tried that with the shields, turns out it was cool with one or 2 shots but with a lot, it wasnt that good in the graphical sense (aesthetics), and the game has a lot put into its art direction. What take from what you are saying is that you wanted a more rewarding experience for skill based systems. That can be improved for a possible sequel. Ty.

in game map showing where you've walked would be wonderful! If you've ever played relm of the mad god, it's the same. map is revealed as you travel. It's a pain not knowing where I havn't gone to look for stars. LOVE the game tho!
I understand that. Some of the things i try to give you a sense of position is the debris of fallen enemies, but i tend to agree with you. Many ppl are requesting some type of minimap, def noted. Ty
I swear i will try. Not an easy thing to do this game all by myself.
From the comments im drawing some ideas for a possible sequel. Ty for the support.

Only thing I could ask for is to able to choose the color of your bot, but that's something I can live without. Great game. 5/5

This game shows the most expensive form of mass-suicide I've seen in a game. Ever. At least SOME of the enemies shouldn't be kamikaze.

I have honestly never seen a futuristic game with music that is this good. Obviously PREXEN really cared about this game. My only regret about this game is that I only have two thumbs to put up to it

At first I had trouble seeing what was going on, because the terrain was too jumbled together (and the same color) but I got used to it quickly.
Two complaints I still have after finishing the game:
1. For some reason my brain still insists on interpreting the blank spaces with no floor as walls, and I keep trying to take cover behind them.
2. The enemy bullets blend in to everything that's the same color. That makes survival in a tight spot a bit frustrating.
These are just nit-picks though. This is a very solid game.
I understand.
1. Maybe an overlook on my end, i should have given an diferent treatment on those blank spaces.
2. the desktop version is better in regards to that (and many other aspects for that matter).
Thx

This is simple and funny, I love the "tron-like" world, ambiance. Hope there's a second opus (why not in another color like ruby, gold,emerald,silver...), with more weapons and mech parts. Very cool game !!

I like the game, but trying to dodge a blue bullet on a blue/black grid is not easy. You should change the color of the enemi bullet so they have a contrast with the background.

Dev's really need to start stepping there game on Kong, I mean don't get me wrong one thing they've always knew how to do was keep up with demand with out ever not meeting any set standards. But most of the games on here are starting to focus around one specific thing whether it be TD, or some strategy game or along the lines of a pixel game and one of the only reason some games this last year and up coming year that I've seen has only gotten attention due to the Kong API that they have installed within the game. You broke some major standards and I say this because playing games like this is a bitch on my laptop, but I can skate by just fine on this particular one even when it starts picking up. You did an amazing job especially with how good this game flows and it doesn't get boring fast, well done man this is definitively some thing to build a name off of if you haven't had any other titles out there. 5/5, I was blown away and that's hard to do with a critic much like myself.

Amazing game! one of my favorites so far! very nice textures keep the game going for me and just when it gets a bit dull i can buy an upgrade or face a boss! This game didnt get boring for me at all, there should be more upgrades and levels! 5/5 stars

I really really hate those defense systems. Sometimes I tend to be unlucky and there is nothing I can do to keep some of them from killing me.

It would be nice if you could change the color of your vehicle after a period of time, but that's beside the point. The music is relaxing, and has a good feel to it. And overall an excellent gaming experience.

Great, solid game. My only complaint is that in the beginning it's hard to tell where the walls were, although it's quite easy to get used to.
