I know you are working on artefacts but the time cube gain needs to be revamped! As it is now everyone stops at lvl 100 and time warps.. constantly grinding the 10 time cubes.. there is no progress what so ever to higher levels because they are completely useless in respect to time cube gain and invested time... If instead at least 10 time cubes had the chance of 25% per boss later on farming higher levels would make at least some sense..

Hm, refreshed the page, and the game looks all different to me, it seemed like the first time I played the game, all the background for many of the items didn't load. (The blueish backgrounds)

So every time i time warp, the progress is the same? Levels always have the same hp? Upgrades always cost the same? Or because i get a bonus damage from the time cubes, the levels are a bit harder too? After my 2nd time warp i had the feeling i didnt cut through levels as fast as before, or not as fast as i hoped...

Is it well-known that particle ball upgrade 3 is not doubling the damage, like the onther gu's counterparts. Unupgraded deals 4/5*1+1/5*5=9/5 damage; upgraded - 4/5*1+1/5*10=14/5, resulting in 14/9=1.55, or 55% increase, which is way weaker. Not to mention that particle ball is the most expensive one to promote, thus is usually promoted after pulse gun is promoted to the next level. So a particle gun needs some overhaul, I think

I feel like I could progress much faster if I could have some of the guns focus on a certain enemy type. Flak guns I understand are random but I'd like to have my Particle and Pulse target certain enemies first.

@Zaderton yes and no. If there are 6+ cubes left, then yes. But if less then 6 cubes are left, less cubes are being targeted and thus less damage for that time.

Ok so my laptop was closed so i coud go to bed when i woke up, my progress was still the same my power ups were still waiting to be done and my money was still the same. Please fix this.

When the level finishes, if you don't collect the gold with your mouse, will you still get the gold? This feature for collecting gold with your mouse seems pretty useless

The tooltip for the weapon should update to show how many targets it have, how much damage it deals per attack, and how quickly it shoots. (and any other relevant stats, like crit% when applicable)
There's a 25% chance of Time Cubes appearing on a mini-boss or arena boss level after wave 100. Keep in mind that the Time Cubes may be hidden behind other cubes so you may not see them at first.

@zaderton: as long as you have enough cubes to hit, yes. with 1 cube left, double the projectiles doesn't help at all while higher DPS does.

the "corporal" achievements should read "reach a combined squad level of xyz is concerned I upgraded only 75 times :), it would have been 1kish if I used the single upgrade, but why would I ever do that?

My suggestions: When you point a weapon, it should mark the blocks being attacked by that weapon, or at least remove the marks of the other weapons. Just like to see how life decreases when I upgrade something.
And, when in automatic advance mode it cannot kill a boss, it automatically should return to the last stage instead of getting stuck there. Maybe add a tick in the game options to allow/disallow this behavior.

"double projectile" means that something that shoot at 3 will shoot at 6, while "double dps" will just mean double the damage, right? although they both result at the same damage increase, is that correct?

Cool game up to level 100. You can't upgrade your weapons beyond the 485lv upgrade and the only time cube I've hit was the one at lv 100. I'm currently at the 115 boss and still no more time cubes here.
There's a 25% chance of getting a Time Cube on a mini-boss or arena boss after wave 100. We're working on the Artifact Update which will additional gameplay for using Time Cubes and getting past wave 100.

If there are less than three targets on the screen, do the flak and spread rifles only shoot them once, or do they fire all their projectiles on whatever is there?

Things that need to happen in a sequel: 1. multiple campaigns. You have campaign 1, which is classic; campaign 2, which is moving targets; and campaign 3, which is sniper (all the blocks are really far away). 2. different guns. I know that I can temporarily get different firing methods with abilities, but that really does not have the same satisfaction as spamming 5 shots at a time with a shotgun permanently or strafing the thing with heavy caliber machinegun fire. 3. maybe have a spawning block which shoots out blocks everywhere, and you need to concentrate all your fire on the spawning block or else you will be overrun. This game is one of the best games on kongregate, and these features would make it even better.

can you make so that the gun can be upgraded more times because later in game when the gun is fully upgraded it hardly does any damage

Stronnnnnng strong suggestion. Make the user gun auto-fire on it's own normally. Why? Because the player has to be engaged in the game/playing to AIM it anyway. The clicking and aiming just gets annoying. The first power-up could double auto-fire rate of the gun, rather than setting autofire. And then you could add upgrades involving rate-of-auto-fire for the player gun. It's a good idea, trust me.

WHY in the world is there such a huge jump between Achievements Defender 7/8? 175 to 1225? That's massive. Odd to have Achievements that call for killing an Arena 1000 boss, yet Defender 8 completely skips everything between.

I think the game needs to have more "statistics" for each weapon. Meaning in the weapon listing, allow the player to view the damage per shot, shots per second, splash damage, splash radius, critical chance, +click damage %, projectiles fired per shot, etc. I would also recommend, if it isn't already set firmly in the code, a way to establish an attack priority for each individual idle weapon so that rockets can focus on clusters, certain weapons can focus on a primary target and move on from there. Also, would highly recommend different types of click weapons for use where you can upgrade the rounds for damage, the gun itself for certain parameters and maybe even change the gun with different models. I could see the use of a multi-shot click weapon or a weapon with a high rate of fire but a huge radius of where the rounds will penetrate certain positions randomly with a chance to miss. Also, what would it take to implement a rifle with penetration capabilities?

Would be useful to have a frame rate that can be controlled.

Suggestion: Games like Swarm Simulator and Idling to Rule the Gods have an option to reduce the frame rate. Doing so makes the games look choppier while you're looking at it, but it massively reduces system's resources and doesn't actually affect resource gains. Would it be possible to add something like that to this game? (This game makes my poor old computer heat up quite a bit!)

Suggestion: Make the kill animation of a boss shorter. If you have an ability activated, you waste some good time auto shooting nothing.

Idea : I'm not sure how viable it is, but could the view be rotated? it would allow for better recognition/apprecitation of what the monsters are supposed to be and might allow for an alternative game mod (challenges?) of trieing to snipe chosen blocks from the monster with as few shots as possible. Or perhaps a puzzle mod? limited shots with your weapons (except perhaps flak) to dismantle a monster. Seems like a fun idea to me.

@sorawarrior hey no after a boss level is beat you have max dmg, so all abilities are on for 15 sec they dont have to be active on the boss for that.

Aha that game was short... When you lvled the dpsers to 500 there's no more upgrades.........=/ You need to add some more of them. 5 is just too few in any game..
