Fun and very nostalgic to old-school RPG's
5/5
And blackhawk there are stats for the items, it tells you in the help section to hold down the "A" key for a list of abilities, "P" for properties , and "E" for a description and atk/def.

Some areas require a little too much grinding for my liking, and the grinding is very...well...repetative and boring (yes, I know, grinding). Maybe an area where monsters are more frequent for grinding might be useful? Absolutley loved the dialogue and everything else about it though, and cried a little tear at the end XD Looking forward to the next chapter.

Adorable oldschool RPG Style which remembers me of the Final Fantasy games, and the music reminds me of Zelda adventures. Sometimes it gives me a flashback to those games, in a positive way. Interesting story, sometimes the humor is a bit misplaced but overall it gave a warm smile upon my face. For example, the repeating joke of Mardek "What is a menu?" works and gave me in both chapters a good laugh.
The battle system isn't too complicated and it works, although a description of the items and their abilities would be very nice and apreciated, since I didn't found them. I can only check their properties if I wear them.
But overall, again a game I liked! Continue with these series and cross the border to become a classic!

Hey! Just got trough this game in a few hours. Its great! The pixelish look made me sick at the beginning but I have to admit it works. For those of you who complain about the text, its a real shame because the scenario is well written and funny. And thats what RPG are about, story. Cant wait for the next chapter!

This is a very good game but can anyone tell me who I can give the polemace a weapon obtained from fighting zombies at goznor to.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
has any1 actually noticed that the sewers for goznor are actually 4 times bigger then the town itself? maybe psuedo didnt think it though.

YES there is a lot of text, but take it from a Zork champion, you just need to think as your character, and Read the Story, it makes the experience more fulfilling.

This is a great final fantasy style RPG with a good 10 hours of gameplay. There is a lot of dialogue to wade through, and the writer has tried to use humor to keep it light all the way through. I'll confess I wasn't wowed by it or the storyline and didn't read all of it, though it was a great and sincere effort well worth checking out. After playing for a while I found out I'd messed up the key badge and would have to start over and play again. So for new players:
Trilobyte Key-
[1] In an invisible chest on the edge of the lake in Tainted Grotto. Right below where you battle the World’s Saviors (Check Map)
[2]Found in a tomb in Social Fox’s Tomb, the map after the area you fight Moric the first time (In catacombs, come back after you beat him)
[3]10% Drop chance from the zombies in Caronia after Moric’s battle ship arrives
[4] Gotten from Gope if you didnt kill him in the Gem Mines. Hes found at the Gonzor Inn.

another one (funny?):
when you die fighting Muriance, select the main mnu and press z.
You'll appear in the "battle scene"
If you talk to Muriance, the dialogue will appear, but instead of Mardek, "ERROR" will "talk" xD

Bug: when you die and try to reload, the menu bugs (it comes out of nowhere and don't disappear, and if you cancel de menu, it won't reappear until you reload the page --')

Shit...my game crashed when i killed the third member of the world's heroes. Screw this and i have the latest flash player. That's it...i give up of these hard badges.

Brilliant game, the dialogue parts are really well-written and enjoyable - don't let illiterate morons discourage you, there are people out there who actually enjoy the "wordy bits" quite a lot. Graphics are good enough, I really liked the battle animation of Moric, especially his nonchalant look. Waiting for next instalment. Well done. 5/5

Excellent RPG. Tips to play:
- Read and reread the instructions (Options>Help)
- Know which items give skills (Options>Inventory>"A"). Reach Master before dropping the skill item.
- Use the map (Options>Map) to spot hidden routes and tresaures.
- Revisit boss mob kill sites.
- Armor before Magic Resist. Keep Magic Resist in inventory for special occasions.
- Split your potions between the individual character inventories for use in combat.

Time consuming.....sorry but after like 1hour in this seemingly boring game...i give up after getting only the easy badge ._.
