@Binnister: To reach that npc, you have to use a secret passage. The map is disabled in that area and they're hard to see, so you may have to search for a while. If you need a hint you can try checking the game's walkthrough.

I've got to say, though, that some of the maps in the Dark Temple are *annoying*. The is one 'green' npc on one of the side maps which I simply CANNOT find the path to. Are there any spoiler maps out there? (Or, suggestions...maybe?)

i remember the first time i played mardek, i was instantly hooked, the game is sheer brilliant, psedolonewolf you excell as both an artist and a flash developer, dont listen to idiots who try to bash your work

This game is amazing, something i would pay quite a sum of cash for. Intense graphics, good storyline, random pieces of humor here and there, hundreds of weapons and objects. This game is good enough to rank among the best of all RPG style games. Curse the internet gods for not making this spread quicker!

Hey pseudolonewolf, I beat the game but I'm the game, and I even beat the security demon and got the golden pass and got half the dream stones and all the chalices.
Now I'm trying to get 100% because I saved right after getting out of the earth temple.
But I'm using the walk through now to find anything I missed, and that trade quest. You can't do it if you beat the earth temple because of the knights. So you can't get 100 if you beat the earth temple?

Anyone knows how to get Legion? I'm done with the Water and Fire temples, have the Silver Cord, Crystal Rose, and Wretched Skull reagents, gone back to Goznor, and nothing seems to happen in the house, no matter what items i'm trying to interact. Am I missing anything here?

I have spent a total of 24 hours on this Mardek Level, 3 chapters wide, and now have an inexplicable urge to play all 3 chapters through again. I hate these games, because they're just that good.

I have been a fan of the Mardek series for almost as long as it has been around (before the 2nd one came out), and it is not just a common rpg game ripoff. I actually appreciate the hard work that went into this, and if you don't like it go make your own game.

Spoiler: Not exactly sure if I'm suppose to be able to complete the fire temple with level 20 party members, but if you are than the saviours party is way too difficult. Bernard reaction attack - 1,700 dmg = one hit on everybody. Can't even take down the mage. :(
Would try noxious spamming but its kind of lame to "require" them to be used especially after just killing the guardian.

The game is incredible but still not quite balanced. The 'Happy Johnny' cactus things dodge too often and seemingly randomly and the monsters in the Dark Temple are overpowered.

First off, great game. Congrats to Pseudodeugan for releasing it. The time and effort put into this really shows, and I wish you the best of luck in all your future ventures (especially if that means you make more games of this caliber).
I've arrived in Aeropolis and promptly bought a candriathope once I saw it's nifty +experience skill (since I'm positive I'll be playing this game more than long enough for the dividends to pay off many times), however the skill doesn't appear to work. I spent some time testing my L10 Elwyen on thugs and her xp isn't affected the slightest by the skill. I'm a pretty big fan of xp boosts so even though I imagine that this is fairly minor, I'd really like to see it fixed in the next version update. Again. thanks for the great game!

the controls irritate me, I think its because on the consoles I have used you have your a button to confirm and select things on the left and your b for back and cancel to the right but this is the other way round so I always skips turns accidentally or select things I dont want to

Something I'd like to see in an update, if possible, is a fullscreen mode, like how Heroes of Gaia has it. This game has extreme depth for a Flash game, and it'd be cool to play it like a true console game.

Sidequest priest: (...)Some of the priests were either too absorbed in their studies or meditation, reading, or just, you know, milking they're snakes, and couldn't get out fast enough. HAHAHA epic, that's why I love mardek series.

I like how people call this a Final Fantasy ripoff. No, not Phantasy Star, not Dragon Quest, not Lufia, not Breath of Fire. Final Fantasy is apparently the only retro RPG that exists.

I got dream stones from the weird pilot guy and one of the reptoids but they didn't show up in my inventory either time. wtf?!? this game is awesome btw. I wish I could delete the accounts of everyone who says other wise. cuz they don't know what they're talkin about

Hey Pseudo, this is hands down one of the best flash rpgs in the history of flash rpgs. I'm currently in the water temple, but I'm stuck at the part where you have the switch puzzle. I started reading the walkthrough, but it says that after I press the switches in the Northwest room of the hub, I have to go to the south east room and walk across platforms, but there aren't any. Can anyone help me?

Pixies are far too cheap. It just keeps using addle gas over and over again. Whats wierd is that it has a 100% succsess rate for me every single time, and it kept going for 5 minutes. the only thing that stopped it was that everyone died.

God I hated the super boss Animus.. I finally beat him but just because he was lucky and didn't do shield break on my team. He did Soulstorm:Omega. Otherwise I would have died again since he soulstorm's omega twice in a row at times at low health. Lucky to have beat him this time.
