@Stovic just so you know the inventory is, in many ways, brilliantly designed. There IS a sort button if you had bothered to look for it. The individual inventories is probably due to the sheer amount of items in the game. It also makes it easier to manage individual characters. Yes there are no labels but honestly aren't the graphical icons just much easier to memorise? Besides look at the inventory where would the labels go? Every single one of your suggestions has either already been put in or has a much, much better idea already in use. There are no WASD controls because its easier to use the mouse. I can only imagine the amount of time and effort that must have gone into designing the menus and making individual pixelated icons for the dozens of items in the game.

This game is in desperate need of an inventory-management overhaul. Individual character inventories rather than a party inventory, no item sorting function, an inventory represented by graphical icons with no labels until items are highlighted with the mouse (Rather than a simplified list), and a lack of native WASD support. These issues mean players will likely end up spending painfully unnecessary amounts of time in the menus that should be spent enjoying what should be a great game. Your next attempt at an RPG you should carefully consider UI design to minimize the time spent in menus by the players.

@Trapslick Have you played the first two? For one, this is not going to be a simple, easy-to-win game. It's going to require you to equip yourself properly, not just with equipment but with a proper team and skillset accordingly. The sun temple is the very start of the game (There's quite a long ways to go after the Sun temple) and as such, your party options will be limited. rest assured, if you can make it through the first dungeon, you should be able to get a handle on the game afterwards. With a few fights as exceptions, seeing as some of the boss fights are actually difficult.

great game, could have been improved easily with a few minor adjustments though... like "m" to reach the map, and a town portal type of move... i only played through the sun temple so far, but is mana really that needed? none of the spells were powerful enough where unlimited mana would've stoped too much. but i reallly don't want to sound like i didn't like the game, its a %%%% ton of fun :)... just a little more attention to the interface would've gotten me to the 5 star mark.

Ive been trying to play this game for a while, but it keeps ignoring any commands i make. randomly, ill get in a battle or talk to a person and i cant do anything and have to refresh. I thought it had to do with internet explorer (as always), but the same thing happened on firefox. could you look into this? thanks

Bears a bit of resemblance to FFX; revival methods are both Phoenix Down, some attacks look similar, and when you take poison damage, the flinch is similar. But its a great game!

Just defeated guardian of the fire crystal in a very thought fight and then tried to go back to save crystal and heal I was like fuuuuuuuuuu..... door is sealed. "Shit i have to fight those world saviors -.-"
This game is awesome.

Oh man, what a way to ruin a game... Stupid kong, forcing me into playing this for the medal.. Doing so made a potentially enjoyable game a hurried mess of frustration..

.... i wonder who logged more hours, pseudolonewolf making this game or me getting stuck in dungeon exhaustedly looking for chests and getting swarmed.

i just played the game and i got lost in the sun tempel xD im done playing for now but the things i have seen so far that i like is the fact that when you equip somthing it actually changes your appearance (that shows that the creator isnt lazy and just manned and or womanned up to draw different designs for the equipment) i LOVE the humour like in the moonstoone's description- they look as if they are worth a fortune yet when slain they fade into nothingness.Damn... xD 5/5

Oh, just one thing: I think an iten transfer button at the item storage menu would be nice. When switching party members, it would be nice to transfer all the itens from one char (the one you're removing) to the one you're adding.

Great game. I loved playing through it TWICE
Concerning the music, I was wondering... 2 tunes sounded very familiar. Did Pseudolonewolf got his inspiration for Gloria's theme from Illusion of Time/Gaia (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OCC-fxMCKuM&feature=related) and for the Volcano theme from Final Fantasy VII's Barrett's background story theme (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4rbG5gmk8k)? These songs gave me feelings of nostalgy to the tunes I mentioned.
Point of critique **Medal spoiler**
The 100,000 steps medal made me a little angry. I ended up having to spend 2 full hours pacing around the throne room after I got to only 65k steps (in my 2nd playthrough) after beating Quilna. Same with the Damage Taken and Number of Battles medals. It's almost as if you're being punished for playing efficiently. Having to grind these medals afterward was neither fun nor challenging and shouldn't taint an otherwise great piece of art.

Fantastic music, carries over saves, humor, old school turn based tactics, reaction element. In short: I'm looking forward to the coming chapter.

After over 50 hours, I can't load my save game anymore and am highly disappointed. The game was awesome that far, but it appears a LOT of people have had the same problem as me. I didn't wipe my computer....so what happened?

wow, this is pretty darn impressive...much better than I first thought. I saw this on top games so I tried it, but it was so laggy that every attack took five seconds, so I just put it away for a couple months. Now, I've tried it again, realized that turning down effects and what-not would be good with the slow flash version I have, and HOLYAWESOME I discovered the wonders of Mardek. OK here's the required tidbit on ripoffs. Ripoff: A scam or act of being cheated out of something. Typically related to money scams-urbandictionary this game is free. Ripoff: to copy or imitate blatantly or unscrupulously This has plenty of original ideas and concepts.

Okay so i see somehting of a potential problem. I just defeated animus. (yay!) And next to the impossible thing "Defeated animus" There is a checkmark. But next to karnos there is no check mark. I know i defeated karnos since i just beat animus! D:

Technically you don't need to put complete arena or defeat karnos because you have to do those to even get to Animus.

I have been playing this game for 4 days (and I am not done). 5/5 The writing is funny, and the combat is fun. Really enjoy it. The only thing I would change is adding more save crystals (because of the surprise combat chests mainly that get me).

@Darth Knoll yes in fact after fighting four trilobites i have two. the chance of getting one is pretty good compared with most other weapons received from monsters. There is actually a trilobite warrior nearby a save point which isn't hard to find so I'll let you find it yourself. If you don't get it keep reloading until you do.

Replace the Warding Stone?
>>Don't Bother
"You shouldn't have grown so attached to little 'Wardy McStone', you know. You KNEW from the moment that he came into your tender care that you'd one day have to say goodbye, so please, overcome your emotional difficulties now, say a good long, teary farewell to the stone you wish was your lover and son, and come back when you're good and ready"
....Epic. Lmao.

to weaken the king's ether clones you just have to take off all the equipment from the people you're not using. this will really weaken them.
