Marvelous game. I am so excite to finally finish Mardek 2 now that saves work, and play Mardek 3 as well. I enjoyed the game so much, I actually tried to finish it all in one day before the save fix, but eventually died. This is going to be awesome. Keep up the good work Pseudolonewolf!

OH EXPLETIVE DELETED. I just finished the Water Temple in MARDEK 3 and I have no potion’s for water breathing left nor do I have the warp ability! Any advice on how to get out would be greatly appreciated, either post here or send me a personal message. My thanks in advance, Baclofen.

Owned. I managed to beat Annihilator: Animus. Now all I need to do is complete all the tournaments and I have an impossible badge!

I think it would have been better to have a group inventory rather than individual ones, because it takes far too long to spread items around, especially later in the game when you have like a billion party members. It sucks when the survival of your team depends on one specific char using the correct remedy when they have everything BUT that particular one.
Other than that, I have zero qualms about this game. Well, occasionally it slows down a bit in the dreamrealm when opening/closing the menu screen. Whatever. Goes away quickly.

Uh... I just put Elwyen back in. And changed an amulet that gives Solaar more fire resistance. She didn't die in the beginning, but... Mardek did. Really. I never had this much trouble before.
Like, the 8 other times. I hate the Saviours...

Something's wrong, all I did was swap out Elwyen for Legion, and now the Fire Guardian can kill Solaar in one hit with his Whole Party Fire Attack. Sorry. Maybe my party just sucks.

5/5. And favorited. Period. And I don't understand what it's about with people who play the game just to say that didn't like it. I loved the humour on npc speeches, loved the gameplay (yes, I love each of the Final Fantasy games as well), loved the plot (even if i still haven't played to the end... but i will, definitely). And if I find any bug I'll report here, cause I want this to be a great game (better thanit already is). Thank you Pseudolonewolf, for creating such a game that could make me spend hours playing it.

This is an awesome game, but for some reason i have this problem with stickey keys that keeps me from fully enjoying it. Anyone have any advice or a similar problem?

If you replace "parody factor" with "juvenile humour", and "nostalgia factor" with "unimaginative gameplay", yes, there's no need to describe this game further. Amazingly bad game.

Just reached the Fire Guardian. Holy Mackerel is that thing fast. It got 5 turns at the start of the battle and annihilated my party. Let's see if leveling up my party to 40 will make a difference.

I believe not. What sets of a scientist from the space ship is rophoph. Remember, he is an anuki, and they visit developed worlds, which would have space craft. So the captain probably had something simmalar to what happened to mardek in chapter 1 happen.

Mardek, in later episodes, becomes captain of a spaceship that travels back in time to this chapter. then he disappears mysteriously. This much I have learned from various npcs.
Also notice Deugans new persona "Lone Wolf" is the exact opposite of his childhood hero's name "social fox" This probably means something XD

I keep reading all the comments, but keep preventing myself from writing my own due to me enjoying this game.
It's refreshing to see a flash game made with so much effort and heart to actually get me to play it in it's entirety. It's also refreshing to see an RPG done so fun to actually get me to fight most of my random battles, as usually I just flee from them when the battle system gets boring. The game is classic RPG, using a system that was from one of my favorite games of all time, so I have no complaint.
That being said, Nothing bad I have to say can't be said of most RPGs, and while the Nostalgia runs thick, the Parody sometimes just ends up flat at times, as when the characters make fun of the story that at times needs to, but at others ruins an enjoyable moment in the plot.
All in all, a Good experience. Though if you take this long with the 4th chapter, I'll break your knees myself.
