Elwyen is actually my best character. She's extremely useful for killing all of the fast monsters like bees before they can attack. And she does more damage with her physical attacks than a lot of my other characters strangely.

@gamma Actually, if memory serves right, and based on how many dreamstones I currently have, 1-6 are Deugan's and Emela's. More of them might be theirs, I don't know. I don't have many dreamstones at the moment xD

Corrupted, THAT is where you are wrong. See, Elwyen is a really useful character, and being the low level that she is, she will get more exp from monsters that die. Conclusively, that will eventually bring her up to Mardek's level! (I know personally because she is lvl 29 now and Mardek is lvl 32.)

The biggest problem I have with this game is that new characters are usually at absurdly low levels. Mardek is at 22. I just got Elwyn at level NINE. NINE! I will never, ever use her! It would take like three hours of nonstop levelling to make her useful!

Hmm this may be "random", but in the Music Player (on the Main Menu) what is track 37 and how do I get it? I hate not being able to hear those masterpieces >.>

I wish I could load from the menu like in the past. It made things convenient in case I had to be afk (I'm the type who doesn't like to run up the game clock for no reason..). Also, the option to have cursor memory in battle would be nice.
However, over all, it is a great game and I can't wait to play future chapters.

Hmm, why would Epic War 4 be higher? I tried it and didn't really like it... I guess it is just because of the haters who need a fake reason to 1/5 this game. Why couldn't the haters be attracted to Epic War 4 instead? xD

A minor thing. When I was fighting an I-Orb in the water temple I attacked a creature above it and instead of Solaar going behing the I-Orb monster he was on top of it.

Well, Kolide, you will be happy to know now that after the Earth Guardian you will fight another boss (more of a pushover than the World Saviours really, lol.) So, remember to heal then too >.>

The battle against the fire guardian was one of the most epic boss battles I've ever done. But the battle against the heroes afterwards ruined it >_____< I didn't expect it and ended up charging through unhealed. :c

To the people having trouble with the world saviours, I beat them with Mardek, Elwyen, Gloria, and Legion. To beat them, though, I had to do some stuff from the earth temple part so if you are having THAT much trouble go to the walkthrough and do everything up to the point where you beat Muriance's bandits and get the key. Now leave that place and go to Aeropolis. Go to the slums and enter the house at the bottom left and buy the Yellow fairy. Equip the Yellow fairy to Mardek, then after you beat the Fire Guardian, Put on the Flametounge (for extra damage.) Now, when the battle starts, if Legion has Rage Chord try to use that on Aalia (it has a VERY low success rate) or chuck a noxious bomb at her. From there, the Yellow Fairy's bonus to Mardek should be enough...

Hey, I have something about Elements and breeding and elemential compatibility- a response. elemential compatibility- a response, says elements and breediong is wrong. But think about it. Elements and breeding says males being of dominent elements will lead to better relationships. Look at the first 7-8 dreamstones. the relationship between deugan and emela is male eareth female water. earth beats water. And then with donivan and sharla. (kinda obvious relationship) Male fire, female air. fire beats air. Also, the part on light being compatible with all elements is somewhat portrayed with your mom and dad. Enki, or dad, is light, and mom is air. But still, it is not as proving as the 2 above relationships.

the one and only thing i dont llike about this game is that the only way to save is with a save crystal. other than that its a great game. really funny too ;D

Come on people, PLEASE don't let this game fall second to a sick mirror image of an already dying genre: Epic War 4. Mardek Chapter 3 deserves this month's prize by FAR, and if you agree, please, Rate this game as high as you can!! Pseudo deserves this!

not a fan of not being able to access other members inventories, sometimes they have stuff i'd like to use outside of battle. also, if i could rearrange them so that i have less in mardeks because i want to sell it later on. again, movement around the map is somewhat laborious but not horrific, i'll deal. Clavis should say devastate not decimate when talking about the temple being overrun by the monsters, decimate literally means "to reduce by 10" or something like that. but i do like how the elements have a somewhat bigger role in this game than the previous 2. not a fan of a grindy impossible badge though. 4/5 just because i only give 5's to incredibly super awesome games, which this is not quite at yet. still very very good though.

Ugh... can't believe I have to kill the Fire Guardian for the FIFTH TIME!!! I can't kill off the Glorious Heroes team or whatever that rival group is... Every time the magic girl is at 100 HP or something, the thief throws a Mugwurt(sp) potion and then she heals herself and gets back to 1200 HP... My current party is all almost lvl 35 and I STILL can't kill them...

I can't think of a single RPG in existence that is better than this game. Hell, I'm having a hard time finding five video games of all time that are better than this game.

...After barely avoiding being raped by the Fire Guardian... I get raped by the four losers who just happened to be there. Any recommended team, because Mardek, Elwyen, Solaar, and Gloria managed to do competently again the guarding, but got thrashed by the 4 afterwards.

The game is otherwise quite nice, except for the fact that pressing "x" to react _every_ _single_ _time_ _anyone_ _does_ _anything_ gets old very fast. In Ch1 it felt like a nice thing to have around, but after a 100 battles, it gets annoying. How about the possibility for auto-react for skills that have been used for long enough? 3/5 (-1 for the "x" spam that never ends).

To me, Molestor isn't that hard. You just have Sharla as the healer. And you'll be fine, that is if she has healing wind!

I also tried the fix given for sticky keys on here, it worked for about half an hour, then stopped working.
Anyways, sorry about all of the comments, it is an awesome game!!!

You call this awesome game a rip-off just because you aren't good at it so you try to make the developer feel bad. People put hard work into making games and you just try to trash it just because your no good? it's good not everyone thinks its a rip-off i honestly think this game is a 5/5 and incredibly fun. keep up the awesome work pseudo please

This series is great. this game is far better then most of the others on this site, and far better then last chapter. 5/5. but there is one point I would like to make. It is probably due to my old flash player, but the achievement's I got have not been given to me due the system. I am not sure weither I should consult you about it, go to the kong admins, or just get a new system. once again great game. I hope the next one doesn't take too long. but hopefully it will be just as good(if not better) then this one.

love this series im 19 hours in, i played all the chapters so far with this file, and have yet to get bored. love the skill system and the comedy in the dialog its mixed in just enough not to get boring yet its still funny still not done with the game but if your making a 4th one i cant wait

This game is awesome. My only complaint is the lack of a medal for killing the Zombie Dragon.
I love the story, both the serious and whimsical side. The characters are nicely varied. And the variety of attack styles in both characters and bosses is great. It would be nice if Meraeador had some multi-function tools in the next chapter, but I do like the way his setup works.
But, yeah, please retroactively add a medal for killing the Zombie Dragon.
