I thought I was the only one, but i saw two other comments saying what Im going to say, the walkthrough for the water temple is wrong. Ive tried putting all of the gems back to off and starting over multiple times, but nothing works. Ive even tried different ways, and nothing seems to work. Could you please fix this quickly?

The walkthrough section for Mardek 3 Water Temple isn't right - there are several steps missing prior to the flipping the Moonstone switch. (There may be others, but that's as far as I've gotten so far.) Following the steps in the walkthrough, you end up in the southeast room with neither the sapphire nor emerald platforms up.

After i read this walkthrough, i decided to stop playing mardek for months because i can't believe i lost out on so much material and chapter 3 looks so complicated.

I have to say, im loving the new versions of chapter 1 and 2, as well as number 3! pseudo is the best gamewriter on kong and i say that without a doubt.
But still if only the walkthrough would be updated soon, especially where the hell you get legions skills! ive done everything in chapter 3 except the survivor arena and animus, and its taken me 3 hours to get 2 of his skills.... blood drain and bubble breath.
so please pseudo, add that to the walkthrough, and maybe let Legion learn the skills if anyone gets hit, PLEASE!

OK, serious flaw in the water temple guide. dont press the emerald switch, go through the northeast door, cross the emerald steps, turn off ether switch, go back to northwest, turn on emerald, then cross the turquoise platforms to turn off the saphire switch to make the platforms appear.

There's a chest with three Aquamarines in the Serpent's cave, but no Aeropolis peddler sells them. Rate this up to correct the flaw in the walkthrough.

I have a few questions: is there a way to fight warport guards after you get the gold passport? Are there any missable skills for Legion? And the last one is a request for Pseudolonewolf, could you also include in the walkthrough some skill dmg formulas?

Along with it's 50% water resist skill, you could gain +160% water resist from just that ONE piece of equipment. Anyway: looks like a typo in the item's code where you might have typed 110 instead of 10 (percent)."
That isn't a bug, the armor states that it gives 10% Water Absorb. In order to absorb it must be over 100%, and since it claims 10% absorb, lands your resistance at 110%. Read more carefully next it.

I can confirm that there is one aquamarine in one of the Aeropolis shops. Keep in mind that there's a peddler with a shop in the way lower-left of the first screen of the city, as well as other peddlers throughout the city. I don't recall which had it, but it is there. Keep searching and talk to everyone.

For those who need help in the water temple: The walkthrough provided is a bit wrong in that it missed a few steps. First, you turn on both of the switches in the far south western room. Before leaving, turn OFF the first switch that you had hit. Checking your map, you should now see there being crystals floating on water in that room. Leave your room and go to where the crystals are and now flip OFF the blue switch. Now you can follow the walkthrough and go to the southeastern room to flip the moonstone switch. Keep this post alive if you think it is important!

For those who want to defeat animus, it is actually pretty easy. Simply get mardek and the three other girls and make 4 astral wanderer garbs from the reptile forge and wear them on all four. Then go to skills page to passive skills and make sure they all have +50% resistance to aether. I also recommend getting them their most powerful equipment and making them gain as many spells as possible, espeically the healing moves like spirit wind and earth heal.
Before the fight occurs, make sure to stock up on plenty of remedies and phoenix downs and ethers. During the fight, make sure elwyen casts her D.D. spell constantly which does about 300 to 400 damage every time it is animus's turn. As well, try to make Gloria do the whirlpool spell as it reduces the animus's spirit and thus decreasing its magic damage moves.
It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to defeat this boss when I did this, and that was IMO the longest boss battle ever!

Yeah I see your point silver. The fire armour has +10% absorb, giving 110% resistance. I guess the only way to make you absorb is to make you completely resistant to that element?
And, Yes the water temple walkthrough seems to be out of order. With a little though and less relying on the walkthrough I realized how to beat it.

I am stuck in the water temple... it says to cross some sapphire and turqouise platforms in the southeast door... but no platforms seem to be appearing(whether I activate or deactivate the switch, no platform appears over the water).

Is there any place to buy unlimited haste potions? I think I've bought all of the ones in aeropolis, and they seem pretty vital for winning sometimes :(
