no sound or background music ingame? is this a bug on my end? Someone please tell me if they are getting music/ sound effects because otherwise I can't see this any higher than 2/5

Fun game, annoying default controls, and really bad writing. Did a 12-yo write the lines? Bad grammar, spelling issues, and lame script. Otherwise, nice retro-style and interesting music. Bad sounds.

The wraith has a certain pattern to the way he flings out the electric balls... memorize it and you're off to a good start.

Boy people sure do whine a lot. Fantastic game, had a lot of fun playing it. Very challenging, as it should be. I look forward to seeing this game series and the character develop.

it is fun, reminds me of the old days, Mario World and Mario Racing and Doom were all you needed for a good gaming experience, good job on this one it is a real success

If he did that, then it wouldn't be like the old-school experience at all. In the original super mario bros. there wasn't a save function! O_o Then again, I'm not saying I would mind if he added one...

Because if you keep pressing A, the game actually takes you through all the actual intro that I took the time to make. How simple do you want things to be?! The ability to skip the intro isn't enough; it has to be done with one key?!

Ugh. The spikes need to only do 1 damage except in Expert, unless they're in a pit you can't get out of in which case they should just kill you instantly.

...Okay, so they're not blind if you take the ladder. But it's still not nice to cover the bottom of the level in spikes.

I have just reached the ghost section. It is retarded. Blind jumps + tight windows of opportunity + occasionally getting screwed over because one pixel of my head was too high and brushes against the ghost above me as I wait.

good game but dont like the insti death spikes never did but thank god thats a chopice still 5/5 for being hard and nmot a push over needs powerups though little more megaman powerup or have the lv up make you do more damage go faster or whatever that would be nice

im imagining myself as angry video game nerd right now:D the controls are just awfull. why the hell should "A" jump! why cant up arrow key do that? i mean we have to controll left and right with them. you could just left "A" for sword and "S" for gun. But no "A" jumps "S" sword and "D" shoots thats just great. lol
not complaining great game :D couldint make a better one myself in a million years!

Its a brillant game,nice challange.When I first played this i thought the controls were uncomfy but then soon changed it back to the old ones because i noticed that the were more affective,also mastered the boss, I hope to see more Raider Episodes for you! 5/5 for me and faved

Pseudo, I don't know if you have any control over badges - such as names and the way they are obtained - but if this game gets badges; and I can already see a wicked gleam in somebody's eyes... I will rip my hair out in chunks if the impossible badge is to beat the game on Expert without dying once. Without getting hit once? I'll rip someoneELSE'S hair out. XD
